Came to the Biscoe location on more than one occasion and they were closed. People in the parking lot behind the building workers actually not inside. Door was not locked so we were able to come on in. Inside their restaurant for 10 minutes NOBODY in there. Could have taken or cooked whatever we wanted and left. How do you get like this. Very very unacceptable. We spent 20 to 50 bucks each time we come here.

Conflicted review. Nice dinner, although the food is not that great. It feels like a dying franchise. Would not recommend. Food was not great, service was friendly but overwhelmed. Location was clean.

The Biscoe Waffle House team was amazing! Not only were they all super cheery at early hours of the morning, but their cooking was DELICIOUS and the music selection set the scene for a great start to the day. A perfect stop when traveling on I-73. It truly felt like a Waffle Home.
