Generally, I’m quite pleased with my service and food at Waffle House, I usually eat in. However, Friday, January 16 I called her in a pick up order For a hash brown bowl with sausageat about 6:30 AM. My order was supposed to be ready at 6.49 am And I arrived a few minutes later, picked the order up and left.
When I sat down to eat, there was no utensils and no napkin. Also, the sausage on top of the bowl looked as though I’ve been scraped up from all the residual sausage that had been left on the grill. In other words, the sausage was way overcooked, I really don’t have any other complaints. However, there was plenty of time and very few customers, my order should’ve been made with more care.

Stopped by the Waffle House in Winston-Salem and had the bacon steak breakfast sandwich, it hit the spot. Cooked just right, flavorful, and super satisfying. The staff was friendly and kept things moving even during a busy time. Classic Waffle House vibe with good food and quick service. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Had a great 10pm dinner experience at this Waffle House location. The ladies that served us were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was also clean as could be.

I stopped by one of my old spots to grab some good food and go. The staff was very organized, and the M.O.D made sure my order was correct she read back my order. She was definitely training her staff in a professional way. I can hear her explain in detail how to do their job the right way. She deserves a raise! She definitely takes pride in her job.

My favorite place to go after work. The nightshift is awesome! They run the place great even at the busiest late night weekend ours and they NEVER skimp on quality! Always great! Yhey always remember my regular orders too. Great people. I always sit and stay when I can.

There’s good customer service and then there’s this Waffle House! Simply superior to the rest in the city! The food was cooked to a great clean, crisp, the attitude of the staff was friendly. The way it looked especially for the type of food was top notch! Seldom especially for a Waffle House does one call corporate and make a positive statement but this is the rare case. Every bit of the food was great, they even gave a free drink to our kiddo. Kudos the GM!

Tables were filthy and when I had to ask to wipe mine off the waitress grabs an even dirtier rag to do so. They were out of hash browns (never had that happen at a Waffle House before) so I ordered the chili and it was old and disgusting. This is a shame as Waffle Houses are great if they are managed well. The eggs were cooked properly and the raisin toast was okay but everything else was bad. Won’t be back.
