I just wanted to leave a good review for the ladies working 12/29/25 around 6:30pm. There were the only 2 working and they were doing an awesome job. The waitress was so apologetic that my order wasn’t ready, to which I responded no problem. The online ordering system said 3 minutes but I know that is not realistic for waffles and not knowing how busy the dine in would be. The cook gave me my order and she was also so apologetic and mentioned the time. Just know you both are doing a great job! A suggestion for corporate, consider updating the online system to default to 10 min at least for basic orders.

This Waffle House is right up there with great employees and a local feel. They know their neighbors, offer quick and delicious menu items, and we’re playing some great music.
I highly recommend their breakfast platters, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, waffles, and their hash browns are legendary. They also have booth and bar seating, ♿ handicap accessible restrooms, seating, and ️ parking.

This is the best waffle house in nc. You got the friendly cooks on all shifts all with great personality, nice servers. And I can always come in on a Tuesday after noon to see my favorite cook make waffle and hash browns for me!!!

Food was not fresh like I have been accustomed to before at the Waffle House. The food made me sick. Server wasn’t very good on hygiene either. Handling her arms and legs then touching food. Not the best way to bring food to the table after touching ur legs then handling drinks and foods.

Its the waffle house in the area with consistent great service and quality food. Have never had a service issue or a cleaning issue at this location.

Waited 45 mintutes just for my order. Restaurant was not full. Had 4 wait staff and 2 stood around and spent most of their time waiting on 2 tables that were their friends. Horrible service. I have gone many times but today Feb 22, 2026 was worst!

The waitress she’s about the most unhappy person I have ever met in customer service. Left her a $3 tip on a $12 carryout and she couldn’t say thank you couldn’t even give me plastic ware to eat my food. The cook on the other hand was very nice and did a wonderful job
