My daughter and I come to this waffle house every Monday for dinner and everything has been great. Last Monday the waitress took our drink and food order and only came back with the food. Asked for the drinks and still never came. She sat down and played on her phone. Still tried to make us pay for the drinks. Today we came and we got our drinks, but only my daughter’s waffle came. Won’t be coming back

This specific location was amazing! The staff was so great and the chef was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever seen as chef as amazing, fast, and efficient as her! She was also so kind to her staff! You dont get that at a lot of restaurants!! Either pay her way more. Or give her her own waffle house franchise restaurant because she more than deserves it and it would be the best waffle house anywhere!!

This franchise is clean and well-run. Not only that, but the food was good and our waiter, Alex, was the best. The staff at Waffle Houses is generally good, but this guy was outstanding. A young man with optimism and a good attitude. It wasn’t just a show: Alex was fun to have as a waiter. Five stars all around, and best wishes to you, Alex.

Hey, it’s Waffle House. They are consistently great and very reasonable. Service was friendly and quick. Love the fact that will always give you a large coffee to go. This location is run well, clean, and will get out repeat business.

We go to waffle house lots of time & have always had a wonderful time. But today was very upsetting. From the beginning to end.
First forgetting a coffee after being repeated 3 times about it. To forgetting food & when reminded having it slammed on the table with no silverware. Having to get up to ask because they wouldn’t bother to come by. Then they come by an say your waffle will be right out & never being brought out & when asked saying oh I apologize it was snatched up. Then to go pay & say I have to make sure because you added a waffle when it was already ordered just never brought out until asked for it! Horrible service horrible attitude. Its a shame as this was our go to for waffles. I would have understood had it been packed but literally we arrived with only 1 other table being there.

The younger guy named Alex is a character! Needs his own lil comedy series because he kept that place lively on a nearly empty Wednesday afternoon shift! Our food came promptly with the other workers also seeming very friendly and fun. Not in WV often but next VA appt, I know where to get a bite.

I come to this Waffle House very often and the service is always good. On weekends it’s usually very crowded, so you have to wait, but at other times it’s nice and quiet. The staff is always friendly, and my food always comes out just the way I ordered it. The only downside is that the bathrooms are always very dirty and smell bad. Other than that, everything is good.
