I LOVE Waffle House. We have been to Michelin Star Restaurants, and we have been to almost 40 different countries. We will always go back to the Waffle House! We love the consistency of knowing exactly what we are getting. Friendly, prompt service at prices that can’t be beat. And the best cup of coffee anywhere!

I came in with a few friends around 2 am. They were not busy and had a few tables available. We waited around 35-40 minutes until I went to the cashier and asked to have someone come by and get our orders. I completely understand being busy but they were chatting up other tables that had already ordered while we had no one come by. The food was good as usual but I definitely was disappointed by this visit.

Our server, I believe her name was Sandra, was fantastic. However, the waffles were almost burnt, the grits were lumpy, and the cheese teak was tasteless and almost burnt too. The cook and the male server were loud, rude to our sever, and too busy “cutting up” with each other LOUDLY to allow us to enjoy our meal. Not at all what we are accustomed to Waffle House.
