Went in no greeting, no telling me what to do. I’m just standing there not knowing to seat myself. At the table with two babies, not offered a booster or a high chair. HAIR ON MY PLATE. I’ve been driving hours and have twin babies, I’m tired. Out of a 31$ meal, paid $25 for that service and food. Woman off to the side, no hair net, EATING! Atleast all the servers looked like they enjoyed each others company.

Server saw me pull in and ran into the back as fast as she could so she could pretend nobody was there, interesting strategy. Silverware was dirty. Waffle was crazy thin, hash browns overcooked, eggs overcooked, and for my order wrong. I hate complaining about places but I hated this place even more. Worst waffle house I’ve been to.

This is the only waffle house I go to within the Petersburg area. There is usually seating available and quick service. The employees are friendly and the food tastes as expected. I do believe the restaurant could be a bit cleaner because the menus are greasy and it is messy behind the counter were the employees work.

Didn’t get service at all. Was bypassed by 2 servers and sat for 15 minutes. They were not busy and they waited on another couple that came in 5 minutes after us. Truly disappointed as I worked for Waffle House for over 23 years.
