When we were seated at the table, she didn’t even introduce herself and just stood there with her little pad and looked at us. I started saying, drink orders, and then she said, what do y’all want to eat. Food turned out great so kudos to the chef on the grill.
I will have to say though this was the least Waffley Waffle House atmosphereic/feeling Waffle House ever. Waffle House is a whole vibe, or it usually is. This location felt … odd.
It was a group of 9 & we were in & out within an hour. At least the food was the best part !

What a nice WH!
Stopped in for a quick bite on the way to DC. It was very lively, with some good music playing and all the employees talking and laughing. Everyone seemed to enjoy their good attitude. Shay served me and she was quick and friendly, she kept checking on me and made sure I had everything I needed. Food was fast and perfect, got eggs over easy, sausage, hash browns scattered, smothered and covered and toast. Would have loved a waffle but I had a long drive in front of me. All said, this is a great location with a great crew.
Bathroom was very clean.

Visiting from California and we’ve always wanted to go to a Waffle House! Glad we picked this one for our first time.
Aaron was great and very hospitable! The food was delicious. I got the waffle, grits and egg combo. Salute to the kitchen for a great food too. My family also enjoyed their meals. We ate here for breakfast at 10am on a Monday and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Thank you again Aaron and team. See you tomorrow probably.

This place was so nasty all the tables had food on them including the one we sat at. Floor was gross. I ordered an omelette but the cook clearly didn’t know how to make one I couldn’t finish it because it had lots of egg shells in it. Ordered toast that never came. Ordered a pecan waffle that was given to another guest ( also not happy) asked for it to be remade and again it was just regular waffle there was only 2 employees working front area. One cook and one server. Not sure where the manager was. The 2 of them were busy talking and joking around. And cussing. The only reason I gave 2 stars, the server was friendly and smiled. I definitely recommend not eating here!!! Husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was also incorrect, didn’t even finish it either

This waffle house is charming, efficient, welcoming and everything I love about a diner. They have taken care of me after many a night out and for their service, I am most grateful.

The service was nice & the waffles were too. The server was a sweet young lady named Kyla who was new to waiting tables but so charming everyone was patient with her as she learned the ropes. Unfortunately, the line cook who was working the shift when we were there (after 2 on 2/11/25) was an ill tempered sour puss who shouldn’t be cooking on an open kitchen near the customers. She quarled over the fact that I wanted my scrambled eggs cooked softly because she didn’t know what it meant, then was rude to me and her coworker. The eggs were overcooked. The grits were concrete. The hash browns were as soft as mash & the bacon was floppy. The chicken sausage was nice but that probably comes precooked. At least the waffles were perfect…but I believe it’s customary for the servers to prepare those in a Waffle House. We didn’t bother to voice our dissatisfaction because when I spoke with said line cook to clarify what I meant by softly cooked scrambled eggs. She was very displeased and disagreeable.

Waffle House is an iconic American diner chain known for its 24/7 service, comforting Southern-style food, and friendly, no-frills atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping in for a classic All-Star Breakfast, a plate of scattered, smothered, and covered hash browns, or a late-night burger, Waffle House consistently delivers tasty, affordable meals with a touch of nostalgia. The open kitchen lets you see your food being made fresh, and the staff often add to the charm with their warm, down-to-earth service. It’s a must-visit for anyone who loves diner culture and a reliably satisfying meal.

Last time I went to Waffle House was in 2017. It was in Macon, Georgia. I wanted the hash browns with chili, etc. The server said the chili went bad, and she simply didn’t want to serve bad chili. Good decision on her part, but why is the chili allowed to spoil. I could tell that the server was embarrassed. Sounds like a management problem.
