Stopped by this waffle house for some waffles and the place was filthy. Customer service sucks. Staff members hollering and being unprofessional in an establishment. Please skip this waffle house.

Coffee cup was brought to table with food on it. Returned it for another cup to be the same. The waiter is not paying attention to detail. Water came up with something on cup. Please….check your utensils, cups etc at this location. Bacon not fully cooked.
Unorganized and every staff member needs to be trained properly.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. I thought it would be busy but it was quiet and quaint. Our waitress, Miss Lydia, was so very wonderful and informative. She was warm and cozy. The food was so great and made me full.

Came in today for quick breakfast, around 1130ish. Place wasn’t busy at all, walked in the older lady looked at me and turned back around to continue just sitting there watching the cook. No one greeted once I sat down at the bar and said we’ll be with you one moment. I would get if the place was busy but no it wasn’t at all. This place sucks and has always been lowkey trash but I kept trying to give them a chance. Especially the last time I got into an arguement with one of the servers because she was being rude the entire time to me and my partner. But now I’m dining at the new location on Jefferson. Much better service and they are busy!!

My family, and I eat here a lot. When dining in, it’s no issues. We take out a lot also, and this is the third time in a row there’s an issue. The first time they waited until I was there and all the food was done to tell me they didn’t have the Waffle I wanted, so all the other food got cold while I waited for them to cook a different Waffle. The next time I paid for four eggs in my meal, and they tried to get away with giving me two eggs. Today takes the cake. I ordered four eggs with one of the meals and was already charged an outrageous $3.15 for cheese, only to get home and see that it’s NO CHEESE AT ALL. NOT ONE DROP, and no one is answering the phone to refund me. The eggs doesn’t even have flavor without cheese, and clearly they are ignoring the phone, because I live 10 minutes away, and there wasn’t ANYONE dining in when I picked this order up. Someone needs to contact me!

It’s Waffle House. Not much more to say. The food is cook on a griddle as breakfast should be. The service is reliable and keeps the coffee hot. Had a wait, which they usually do in the morning.
If you don’t like any of the above, reduce the wait for others and go elsewhere. If you like your hash browns done right. Your way, come here.

I ordered one biscuit and gravy at 8:49, it did not get to me until 9:25. Several people came in, sat down, ordered, ate their food, paid, and left during the time I was there. I watched a man stand outside after I had placed my order, order food himself (he walked in and walked back out to scan the order online QR code) and then he got his food before me. Freaking ridiculous. For a biscuit and gravy.

We enjoyed this place. We had the Texas cheesesteak with hashbrowns and the 2 egg breakfast. Both were very good. Food came out fast. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is my favorite waffle House in Hampton Roads I’ve been going here for a long time since I was a little girl and I love the peanut butter waffles that have peanut butter chips on and I always get extra peanut butter chips and they always look out for me when I asked for them!
