They were very fast and the food came out quickly, which I appreciated. However, I ordered a triple hashbrown with all the ingredients except one, and it only came with about three of the five ingredients.
It wasn’t the biggest deal, but the staff also came across as a little rude and didn’t seem to care much about getting the order right. Overall, the speed was good, but the service and attention to the order could definitely be better. Brought my own tomato’s and ham.

My Waffle House experiences have all been great! Over the last 30+yrs. I’ve enjoyed the food and atmosphere servers are usually polite and very downhome. They actually make me feel like I’ve just gotten outta bed, came downstairs and had my breakfast waiting for me. I enjoy interacting with the other customers (occasionally) and the servers. Side note to whomever gets to read this, if you can. .tip a little better. Or just gift it to them.

Okay…. I know this trend for “to-go” orders after 11 is for reasons of reputation at late hours but in terms of customer service, its not as effective as it sets out to be imo.
Only 4 ppl on staff cooking and serving a mass of orders. Online orders inundate the already existing que of inperson orders.
To me wait times are too long. I suspect its a management issue cutting cost with minimal staff working a collective 100 orders an hour.
I can say the grub was served hot and tasty.

Took 10 mins for the Waitress to even ask what we wanted to drink, she was more interested in our baby than taking our order or even getting us drinks. The music was so loud that I couldn’t even hear my spouse who was on the other side of the table. And while we were leaving we saw an employee sitting on a crate with the back door propped open and was smoking.

As soon as I sat down a female came to take mt order and as she didn’t was poking and scratching/rubbing her nose all willy nilly. Please go to the restroom and take care of those types of personal issues and wash your hands as I do not want to get sick. Management needs to teach and enforce their workers to be a bit more hygenic, and cleanliness in my honest opinion. Walked right in and got a table, even during a busy time. Food service was quick and my meal was delicious! I got the egg, grits and raisins toast meal. Our server was attentive and professional.

There was paper AND plastic in the grits. And if you order cheese grits, expect a cold piece of cheese that is not yet melted. But I’d avoid ordering them altogether as it’s got some inedible items involved.

I honestly can’t express how surprised I was upon arrival. My daughter is in town visiting, and of course, like 16 year olds she was hangry, and I had in mind of taking her to the zoo.
We originally started in VB and went to the WH on Indian River near the interstate. Pulled in to the lot, parked, went inside and it was gross…was told to sit anywhere, but no where was clean add to the side of the kids attitude I decided to leave. NO FOOD FOR YOU!!!
When I got to this WH I was blessed with a beautiful clean table, a warm smiling welcome from a beautiful young ❤️ hearted representative. Immediately took our order had very nice pleasantries and verbal exchange of words.

The waffles and potatoes were good. The eggs were unfortunately some of the worst I’ve had – just a weird consistency and no flavor with a ton of grease. It was also so freezing in there that the ceiling was dripping! I don’t really expect a whole lot from a Waffle House but I don’t think I’d return to this one.
