I frequent this Waffle House location 7 to 10 times a month. Generally I really do enjoy the food and the staff. As a matter of fact the cook was very pleasant and the cashier on duty that was on duty when I arrived was very pleasant. It must have been shift change shortly before 10pm on July 3, 2023 when i noticed that noticed a female employee come into work with her children. The children were well mannered and quite. I don’t know her situation at all and I know that mother’s often have to do what they need to do. It wasn’t my business or concern. Where my problem lies is that she was very NASTY and RUDE for no reason at all. It appears that she may have brought her personal problems to work with her. I ask for my check after being finished my meal for 15 minutes. Listen to this! She motioned with her hand and rudely said, you need to come over to her. I mentioned that I didn’t know that things had changed or else I would have already come up there to pay. I was trying to explain that to her and she told me that she didn’t want to hear it. I won’t hold this against the Franchise owner of this establishment. I have never had a bad experience. I almost never write a poor review but I am trying to get the attention of the owner. Less than a week ago I visited late night and at this same location and they were short staffed. They were busy with only a cook and a cashier. They were working hard and had no time to clean tables and the bathrooms. I ordered my food and cleaned the entire restaurant up to help before I sat down to eat. I understand what it is like to be short staffed. To the owner of this establishment, I am not trying to hurt your business. Anyone that reads this review will understand that I am simple trying to get you attention. I didn’t see any contact information anywhere in your restaurant so that I could express my concerns. Not trying to get anyone fired either. As a business owner depending on customers and repeat customers I though that you should know. ✌️

Huge waffle House fan but I’ve been to this location two times when they’re busy and they just can’t keep it together. First time came in when it was busy and had to leave after sitting for 20 minutes with no service. This time was a tragedy of errors from a waitress who was trying to do everything while the others weren’t really pitching in. Can’t blame everything on her being overwhelmed though, there was a lot of common sense missing for example bringing me coffee and sending it down on the dirty counter before she cleaned it. Brought my silverware and it included a knife that wasn’t even close to clean with chunks of food still on it. My advice is if you come here and they’re busy run don’t walk somewhere else.

Warm reception upon walking in. Couple of new line cooks but they were engage in learning and made me a great grilled chicken and cheese omelette. Kudos to Michael, Rakeema and the new team for a great experience.

Solid breakfast, good prices, good service. Clean, and clean bathroom, although no paper towels means you have to use your newly washed hand to pull open the door (get a foot opener on there). Server was nice. Food cooked well, but scrambled eggs need to be more scrambled, they are just tossed a few times so not a solid yellow.

Waffle house is normally an awesome place to have breakfast. I stopped in at 3am after 14 hrs of Lyft driving. The food was good but the service was awful. They got my order completely wrong and didn’t even give me everything that I ordered. The two young guys working that night were more interested in their phones and the two young ladies seated at the counter than providing the usual excellent service I expect from waffle house

Bacon was burnt. Hamburger was almost burnt. Severed with no silverware so had to wait on that before we could eat our meal. Asked for mustard on Hamburger again I has to wait on the packet. Never came back and asked if we needed anything.
