Been craving waffles for a while, stopped at this place and found a vibrant atmosphere, lots of locals, lots of conversations going on. Staff was moving fast, the cook dancing from one side to the other to get all dishes out. Serves were friendly but not very attentive. Waffles, bacon and coffee hit the spot.

Roaches were everywhere dead ones in the booths, some running in the kitchen right by the grill! Workers aren’t worth a damn! They are slow as hell and only take orders with a “good tip” I contacted the health department as well. Do not go to this Waffle House! If my phone don’t die I woulda record and took pictures of the roaches!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon no cheese lettuce tomato and grilled onions and a double order of hash browns smothered and chunked(grilled onions and ham) My husband ordered the all star special which includes 2 eggs waffle choice of meat, hashbrowns or grits and choice of bread and a waffle. I told the waitress no cheese on the sandwich. She said, do you want the other items that come on it such as the lettuce, tomato and onion. My response was yes. She then asked me if I wanted the onions, raw or grilled I said grilled. My order was up first, the waitress handed me the chicken Sandwich and told me that my onions would be coming soon. I said, where is my bacon she said oh and she took the plate back, but when she came back with the plate. I Told her to keep the plate of food until the onions were ready. I didn’t ask for a side of onions. It was supposed to be on the chicken sandwich. I said that is insane. Why would you not put the onions on the sandwich at the same time you are preparing the sandwich. They my husbands plate came out and it was missing bacon and the waffle. She said the bacon and waffle would be right up. I’m like what is going on? My husband is like babe, babe, it’s ok. No it’s not ok.
As I am asking why this is happening She told me that the food doesn’t always come out at the same time and To read the signs. The plate that you see was eaten and neither the bacon nor the waffle had come out yet. Very disappointed. I have been to a lot of waffle houses but I have never seen this before. If you come to this WH just be aware that all your food may not come out on time because it says so on the sign. You may order bacon, eggs and a waffle.
You may just get your eggs before your bacon and waffle!

While visiting Richmond my husband decided that he wanted to visit his favorite spot, Waffle House for those delicious porkchops.. We all enjoyed our food tge waiter was exceptionallypolite, courteous & patient, just can’t remember his name.
