The waffle house of the past is not now. I have seen many people work through waffle houses, and the food has always been good and the service. It has fallen, and it was really one of the last places I have frequent for about 27 years. This store is newer, about 10 years old, roughly. The service was barely OK. We ordered our drinks, and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get them. The table behind ne came in after us, and they had their food way before us, and it was a larger party. The food came in sections for some reason and was mostly in correct. We got toast once we finished our meal. I understand this is not an easy job, but food is one thing you have to get right. The hash browns were overcooked and crunchy, the waffle was ok, and the sausage was ok. The eggs were undercooked the white parts of the eggs were runny. I was displeased with the food and the service. Waffle House is struggling, and if it keeps on this pace, it soon will fail. It was not crazy overcrowded for a Saturday, as it has been in the past. They need improvement, better people, or management. My frustration with this place is because I liked it but I do not need it and that is why I can’t recommend it. I will try again one day, but it will be a long time, most likely. At one time, I went their every weekend both days for breakfast.

This was my first time at Waffle House and I LOVED it. Fantastic service from Mariah and amazing waffles from Carlos the cook. Mariah was funny and friendly, making my friends and I experience even better. For a place run by two people at the time, they got everything done faster than a McDonald’s could with ten workers. All of us got our Waffle House hats and even took a photo. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Seriously I recommend you come here strongly.

The food was spectacular, service was incredible as well. My server, Mariah, made the experience truly worth remembering. My food was brought out quickly and efficiently, and it not only satiated my hunger, but turned out to be food for the soul too. I feel truly amazed at the gumption shown by Mariah and her coworker, Carlos. They made my entire years (2025 & 2026). This service transcended time and space, amazing work.

Came in for a quick lunch with the lads and had a great time. Mariah treated us phenomenally, we were treated like family. Carlos made some of the best breakfast food I’ve ever had, my waffle, fluffy, hash browns, quite hashy, eggs and the rest were splendid. We left with full stomachs, a restored faith in humanity, and best of all, Waffle House hats. Cannot wait to come again.

Waffle House is typically a scary experience for most but Mariah made this waffle house trip the greatest it has ever been. Mariah is hands down the funniest person I have ever interacted with and made my year. She is very charismatic and took our orders in a timely and efficient way. The store was very clean which is not super common but it was very appreciated. Carlos is the best chef ever and the waffles and has browns he made where nothing short of divine. The dining experience was elegant and definitely changed my perspective on the W house. Mariah provided us with Waffle House hats which were an amazing touch and I left the store dumbfounded that I had been missing out on such amazing service all my life. The table next to ours was a bunch of jerk offs but Mariah kept them in shape which made my experience much amazinger. I wish I could give 10 stars but all I will say is Mariah is hilarious and Carlos cooks as Michelin star as it gets.
