My first time at waffle house and the prices were very reasonable. It was about à 10 minutes wait, and when it comes to seating it’s not very orderly. I ordered waffle, grits, two eggs, two white toast, and two pork sausage paddies- $12.25. My daughter had waffle, hash brown – 8.75. Total $20, that beats Dennys by à mile. Very good, it’s like going back in time. Very good deal.

Stopped by Waffle House for a casual bite and left satisfied overall. The standout here was definitely the service—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure coffee cups stayed full and orders were accurate. The staff worked well together, and the vibe in the restaurant was upbeat and welcoming, even during a busy time.

As for the food, it was okay—nothing spectacular, but it hit the spot. The waffles were warm and crispy on the outside, soft inside, just as expected. The hash browns were a bit under-seasoned for my taste, but still cooked well. Eggs and bacon were average, but arrived hot and fresh. It’s diner-style food, and you get exactly what you expect at a place like this.

All in all, it’s the kind of spot you visit more for the atmosphere and friendly staff than gourmet meals. I’d come back again, especially for the service. A solid 4-star experience.

I placed a to go order from inside this place waited while they laughed and talked finally my order was taken all star and hashbrowns and well done sausage. I order a well done waffle aswell. Order came back waitress said everything was there like i had ordered paid with debit left got home sausage was missing went back 15/20 min drive back cooknasked if id like my sausage because they realized it was left off i said no because my whole order is cold i asked for a refund and he the cook said i ate from the order i replied i didnt eat anything because it wasn’t right…long story short the customer is always right won’t becoming back to this location again

This was my first time at Waffle House, and I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Yaz. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. What really stood out to me was how clean this location was it was spotless and very well maintained. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I don’t recommend coming to this Waffle House at all, I will not be returning to this location.
My server (name tag said coach) kept forgetting everything.. took 25 minutes to bring us our drinks.. forgot to place my order (I checked after seeing other tables who came after us get their food.. our server kept passing by our table and just ignored us) I finally asked him how long till our food came out and he said he forgot to put in our order -_-

I had to wait about 45minutes for my food to come out in portions.. I kept having to remind him my sides, asking for refills of drinks that never came and every time he would take my food to a different table and then he would bring it to my table. This Waffle House does not run as a team. I saw about 5 female serves just sitting around, doing other things and only 1 server was working. It was extremely frustrating, i never even got my waffle… and honestly it was a bad experience overall. I do not recommend coming here at all.

Worst Waffle House location in the area. Raven greeted us with a horrible attitude and we were left waiting for a server for 10 minutes and we just ended up leaving. Do not recommend.

The wait staff were super friendly, but they got my order wrong. Since it was to go, it was kind of annoying.
The food was great! I do worry about the oil that Waffle House uses…. and they use a lot!!
This was a good experience but I feel like as a general rule, I wont be going there. Personal decision that has nothing to do with the service, but the ingredients (the oil) they use.

We walked in, and no one said anything to us, so we sat ourselves. I normally love Waffle House food, but this time, it was smaller portions than average and tasted off. Halfway through the meal, I noticed something green on our toast and realized it was mold! I showed it to the waitress, who was named Bea, and after telling me the bread was free and part of our sirloin meal, she agreed to take it off our bill. When the bill came, it was $20 higher than it should’ve been. I told the waitress something wasn’t adding up, and she immediately said “Oh I made a mistake,” before I even showed her the bill! She had charged us $15 for a $10 meal, and after she corrected it, she gave us a second bill that was still higher than it should’ve been. She went on to say that our Sirloin (the one she agreed to take off) cost $11. When I reminded her that she was supposed to remove that, she acted very confused and said, “The entire meal wasn’t moldy.” ….I couldn’t believe it! My wife is pregnant, and eating moldy food could be dangerous. It made us question everything we ate that we overlooked. I demanded compensation, or I would talk to a manager who would be able to do so. I understand people make mistakes, but this waitress was clearly trying to put one over on us.
Aside from that, the service was bad, and the bathrooms were gross.

I placed an order for to go and it was totally wrong, my eggs didn’t have the cheese that I paid for and one of the waffles had pecans in it and my son is allergic to pecans. Just about every staff person had a bad attitude like they didn’t want to work today. To top it off , you can’t go over the phone to speak to a manager at all.

The store needs to close for a full day and do a thorough cleaning. There’s a lot of mess, a lot of dirty refrigerators. I know it’s not the employees’ fault, but that store needs a deep clean. I even saw sauces like Cholula thinned with water to make them stretch.
