Right when we walked in we virtual good morning and welcome to waffle House. They have Splenda Heinz ketchup and great coffee. I got their hash brown bowl with sausage and country gravy it was delicious. I thought the waffle could have been cooked a little more but it was still good. Our server was named Jax. She was wonderful she was very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely go back

During my cross-country trip from Oregon to the East Coast, I decided to stop by Waffle House. The last time I had been to a Waffle House was back in 2014 when I lived in Plano, Texas. I couldn’t remember whether the food was good, but I was pleasantly surprised this time around. My only complaint is that you have to eat the food quickly, or it gets cold, and cold breakfast isn’t as appetizing.

The staff was extremely friendly, which, coming from Oregon, honestly made me a bit nervous at first. It highlighted just how different the atmosphere is compared to restaurants in Oregon, where people tend to be less warm. The hospitality in the Midwest and South, though, was a nice change. Thanks again for the great service, and enjoy the rest of your day!

You can sit wherever you like.

Ordered my husband food before work at 4am, went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready and hadn’t even been started on. They were out of one of the items, the cook said he couldn’t replace it, but then did anyway. He was extremely rude to me and the cashier/waitress both. He was mad that I had even placed the order. Then we received the wrong toast anyway. It was an awful experience and we will not be back. The waitress was nice though and I hope she has a better day!

I walked into Waffle House expecting a smooth first experience. Despair wrapped in a waffle, dipped in confusion, served with a side of “are you okay?”

I sat down greeted the waitress and immediately walked back to my car. When the cabin waffle smoke leached out into the West Virginia air, I was delighted with the opportunity to walk back in. There it was. The most questionable looking waffle staring at my young waffle forsaken eyes. To my left was hash-browns crunchier than when the wild tiger shark munches on the migrated red lobster on a spring showers day. This half way emotional journey of approaching this behemoth of the intermediary of dinner and breakfast, has got me left questioning my life’s biggest questions on the ride back to Yankee land. Only if I was sparked up on the flower we call cannabis can I determine a proper score for this meal. I’m left scared yet hopeful for the world to come following this 30 minute pit stop. I’m sorry I must leave the google review world with nothing and everything but a score for this purgatory treasure that cost $10 to yield but alas I am still the mortal that wanted to be the messiah to deliver you this question on what and why on this fine November 20th night. All my questions left unsure. The cheese steak patty melt looked decent.

This was the worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. I’ve visited locations in multiple states, and this is the only one I would never return to.
We were told to sit anywhere, but there were no clean tables available. We were then informed the grill had been shut off, causing additional delay. My tea had something floating in it, and I was told it was “probably the glass” before being given a replacement in a Styrofoam cup. The silverware was visibly dirty, and when I asked for hot water to sanitize it, plastic utensils were suggested instead.
When the food arrived, several items were missing and had to be requested. The food itself was okay, but the cleanliness, organization, and service were unacceptable. This location was much better in 2018….unfortunately, not anymore.

$12.75 deal for waffle, eggs(medium), hash browns, bacon and toast cooked perfectly served by a nice and friendly waitress between the hour of 5-6 A.M. They gave me good portion’s and a water to go with my orange juice. They are great.
