Great staff! Cameron gave the best intro of the entire menu. He was very kind and patient as the entire staff was! I was able to make my decision to get the waffle flight , which included the Loaded Baked Potato/ Maple Bacon /Buffalo chicken. Some of this didn’t look eatable, but I was proved wrong once I tried my chosen ones! My ultimate favorite of my flight was the Buffalo Chicken, pickles n’ all!
My son had the birthday cake and he said it was the best ever! There are so many options, even if you didn’t want a waffle, there are options for you!

I brought my niece to Waffle Cafe Detroit to celebrate her 13th birthday. I love the simplicity and welcoming decor. Ordering was easy using a kiosk to place our order and pay. The creativity of the menu was unique. The music playing was great. We enjoyed our meal. Definitely will be back!

It is such a great place to keep back and relax with a plate of sweet or savory waffles. They even have wraps that are made with the waffle batter and ice cream in waffle cones! I attended the soft opening and grand opening. Upon entry, you can place your order at a kiosk…very easy breezy. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. They really breakdown the menu for you if you have any questions. If you are dining in, you can sit at a low or high top. This will definitely be one of my go-to spots I frequent often.

The customer service was excellent! I really wanted to try a waffle flight, but they are temporarily unavailable, so I went with the chicken bacon ranch waffle and the strawberry cheesecake waffle with a watermelon lemonade to drink. My friend got the maple Bacon and the fruity pebbles waffles with a regular lemonade. Everything was delicious, and the portions are generous! Next time I’m in Detroit, I’ll definitely be coming back to try their other flavors!

My Ceasar salad with garlic aoli waffle was great. However, my boyfriend got the French toast waffle and it was cold. We waited an hour for the food so he was disappointed. The drinks were extra sweet, so keep that in mind when ordering. Not too bad though. The service was great.

The food here is amazing and they have a very and welcoming friendly staff ! I had the Very Berry Waffles and an order of Catfish Bites. The Catfish Bites were seasoned to perfection and they were so good that I had to go back the next day for more. This is a very nice place to eat the food is great and they were very friendly and welcoming.

I had the waffle flight and catfish bites. Food was delicious and the cashier was friendly and patient with us. Just pack your patience because it took a very long time for our food to come out. We waited well over 30 minutes, if not longer for our food. So just a heads up if you’re in a rush. We dined in though, maybe calling ahead would be better.

The curb appearance draws you in. Once inside, you are in such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are couches and small tables for intimate conversations. There are two ways to order (with a person or a kiosk). I opted for the kiosk cause I like tech but love good customer service as well when combined and neither disappointed! I chose the Very Berry with some catfish bites. I wanted something natural sweet, and this combination doesn’t disappoint AT ALL!! It’s a berry party on this waffle. It is very flavorable and light and the catfish bites complement the waffle well. I will definitely be a regular. It’s one of the BEST waffles I’ve had in some time, and their combinations are genius. Reminds you of crepe flavors both savory and sweet options.
