We revisited twice in a short period of time since we love their crispy pork ears sooooo much as well as the dried garlic noodles, which is the most delicious dried noodles to my own taste that I’ve had in the area!

As always, the food here is fantastic. We used to visit the Fort Worth location when we lived there, but now we frequent the Dallas location. It can get crowded during happy hours and weekends, but the food and staff remain top-notch. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic experience today at Wabi house. Our family was seated in a nice booth and our food came out really quick too! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I almost missed out on taking photos of our ramen because I was so hungry and the appetizers did their job!

My family loves coming here to eat and so far we’ve only had good experiences. The food is always great and service as well. Today we met Sebastian and he was amazing and also let us pick his brain for a little bit. He recommended a ramen better suited for my little one. And the desert he told us about was amazing as well!

This is one of the best ramen dishes I’ve tried in Dallas! I enjoy sitting at the bar, watching the chef expertly prepare the ramen – it’s a captivating show.

Great ramen, great service. It’s good that they have lunch-sizes in their ramen, very affordable. Good-sized takoyaki too. We tried their crispy pork ears. Very ingenious use of pigs ears. The ears itself can be chewy but the crisp batter makes up for it and the spicy mayo dip is great.

One of best Ramen places in the Dallas Area for sure. A must try might I add!!! The Takoyaki and the Spicy Miso are simply love. The spice levels were just perfect for my personal tastes. The chicken karage and the shitake bone marrow mushrooms were really good and the side of some spiced watermelon pieces to the chicken karage bring on a whole new level of experience.

The service was quick, and the atmosphere was lovely. Our server was very attentive and nice. The margarita was really good. The spicy edamame was awesome, it is spicy so if you dont handle spice well, I wouldn’t recommend it. I got the veggie ramen with woodear mushroom instead of bamboo, I personally didn’t like the snap peas in it but thats a personal preference. My boyfriend got tonkotsu, he was absolutely in love with the chashu.

We looked thru a slew of various ramen places in the area and boy we were glad we picked this place. I loved the open atmosphere. The takoyaki was sweet and savory, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken meatballs were alot like a caseless chicken sausage in a sweet brown sauce. My favorite was the crispy pork ears, not sure what the sauce was with that but it was excellent.

Eclectic and elegant ramen place with friendly staff and a nice family friendly atmosphere. I came here during the lunch rush hour with my sister and only waited about 5 minutes for a table to free up. We were brought menus and ice water. The food was delicious. I did, however, notice the pork in my ramen was too over cooked (dry and tough) and tasted a bit burnt, which made my ramen have a burnt taste to it. We also had the Japanese fried chicken and the crispy pork ear appetizer dishes. Those were delicious. Try the pork ears if you like gristle. You won’t be disappointed. We ended our meal with the Goma crème brulee. It was smooth and one serving could probably feed 3 people. It’s really rich. The Goma is sweet sesame seed paste. We want to come back and try other items on the menu. It’s worth coming and exploring some more.
