Don’t often review establishments, but this WaBa Grill location never disappoints. Food is always fresh and great service from staff. Clean restaurant as well.

Call my order in was told it would be ready in 10 mins got to the restaurant for the cashier to say oh or you sure you called this location. I come to the location often to order on MAGNOLIA AVE . She then went on to say I can take your order now.

Another flop. Food is good, service is terrible.
Got a bowl, no napkins no utensils. Went back to get some, was handed one fork and literally 3 napkins.
I paid $30 for two bowls and had to do all the foot work to get 3 tiny napkins. ‍♀️
If it wasn’t for a heatwave I would have stopped eating out just because the quality of service has gone really low lately at least in RivCo.

This location hosts some of the friendliest and most skilled staff. The food comes off the grill piping hot and fresh. I’ve never waited longer than 6 minutes for my food. They don’t hold back on portions either ! Best waba in Corona !

Customer service is good here. The issue though is I bought the steak & chicken veggie bowl and for what I paid absolutely terrible . It was the regular bowl and literally my meat was small cuts/bits of it. I felt robbed with what I purchased and will be the last time I ever go.

Owners are awesome people, go way out of the way to make your food perfect. The veggies are always fresh and the don’t hold back to serve you well. They smile when you have special requests and attempt to be consistent every single time. Trust me I’m there 3-4 days out of the week.

I live down the street and always call for pick up orders. The staff is great and doing their job and getting paid minimum wage for it. As I read the comments below, it seems that people complain just to get something free. This is waba! Not Ruth’s Chris. The food is consistent and delicious. It’s still covid times where supply issues are relevant and now that prices have increased yet again, I’m sure there will be issues with ice tea machines, plumbing, etc. and it will take time to fix. I don’t understand why people seem to be ungrateful and expect top tier excellence from a minimum wage job and 10$ bowls? If you give attitude, expect to get it back no matter where you go. These workers are not computers – they have feelings too. Treat people how u want to be treated.
