UPDATE: usually places don’t charge you for removing items, Chik-fil-A even charges you less when you remove lettuce or tomatoes … not here, they charge you extra of you don’t want cabbage added to your bowl.

We have ordered from several WaBa Grills and always have been satisfied. Today we ordered from there Eastvale location and honestly it actually was so bad we could not eat it. The beef was burned to a crisp and the rice was undercooked. How is that possible it’s steamed rice in a pressure cooker????? It’s suppose to cook itself. Absolutely disgusted. Aside from that it was also missing the sides we requested as we ordered online. Never trying this plane again.
