I was inspecting my food and notice some sort of bug on the veggies I moved it around turns out it was a small roach. Also, this is the second time in a row they give me steam mold veggies!
As if that wasn’t enough the chive onions always smell and look spoiled. I believe they just keep adding fresh cut one on top of the old ones. I had previously brought it to their attention fast forward three months later and they are still serving food the same way.

This location is horrible and ripping off their customers. The bowls are all rice and hardly any chicken. I have over heard customers complain to staff and witness staff add more chicken to the customers’ bowl. This goes against what they told me on two different visits which is “we have to weigh the meat, or we will get in trouble.” If you are weighing the portion size, then why did I just witness you add more chicken? I work walking distance, so I visit this place quiet often. Today, as I was placing my order and staff were preparing bowls not one was being weighed. Knowing I previously complained my bowl was thrown on the scale filled with rice and chicken added. No meat was added or removed so I’m taking it was measure perfectly. The scale is not on and/or being used. The woman making the bowls try to tell me how she measures by adding the rice, subtracting the amount, clearly the scale and adding the meat. This was hilarious. Pay attention next time you’re at this location because its noticeable from the counter.

This is way better than panda express! The food is all cooked to order, not sitting in giant pans waiting to he served. I always get the teriyaki chicken, although you cant go wrong with anything you order here.

They have horrible customer service a employee by the name of diana helped me she took the order wrong. I call asked for the Manger said not worry asked for my name said I can return and get the correct order. I went same employee said I could not get the order I asked to speak to a Manger said company policy could not give out Mgr. Name. They should train their employees.

Very unprofessional. No name tags or courtesy. I’m a paying customer. The lady working said I couldn’t use the restroom. And another says yes then no. Then yes more than that they charged me 16 dollars and the special says 10 dollars on the windows.1
