The hours say they’re open till 8pm but every time Ive gone there around 7 they appear to be closed. All the chairs are on top of the tables and the lights seem very low. Granted I did not try pulling the door handle but why else would the chairs always be on the table tops? It could be the employees are just getting a jump on their closing to do list but it doesn’t send a “welcome in” type of message to potential customers. Even if that is the case, you close at 8pm, how much time are you really saving here? I imagine you still clock out before 9pm in the worst case scenario. Have your employees go work at a real restaurant that does last call for food at 11pm. Leave the chairs in place till at least 7:45pm and I promise you will still get home about the same time every night while making some extra sales at the same time.

It seems every time we go there it seems like they run out of food. We try to use the app, but it said many items out of stock, so we called and they said oh it’s because we dont have chicken. We decided to go inside anyway and all of a sudden they have chicken. I only got 2 waba sauce, I asked for more and they charged me 30 cents per waba sauce, this was the first time any waba restaurant charges for extra waba sauce. Got home to eat and it barely had meat. Just seems either they dont want the service or they are being cheap with everything. Either way not good for any customer to return.

I saw the Boom Boom Tacos advertised and went to get 2 orders to go, 3 chicken and 3 steak to share with my wife at home. We shared each and I liked the steak better. The tacos had an oriental flavoring that I didn’t really care for. The tortillas were different.,They are reasonably priced at under $3.00 each. The cashier lacked personality and the cool was friendlier

I’ve visited this Waba several times, my experience has been hit or miss. One of the biggest issues is the protein portions – they’re just too small for what you’re paying. It’s hard to get a satisfying meal when the portions don’t match the price, and that’s been a consistent problem, you’re literally paying for a bowl of rice with a sprinkle of your protein of choice.
On top of that, the service is very inconsistent. Some days it’s fine, but other times, I’ll walk in and be told, “We’re out of steak.” It’s a major letdown when you’ve been looking forward to a particular dish, only to find out they’re out of key ingredients.
I really want to like this place, but the inconsistency is hard to overlook. If you’re okay with rolling the dice on whether they have everything in stock and getting smaller protein portions, it might be worth a try. Otherwise, you might want to look for other options where you can count on a more reliable experience.

Dear Waba Grill and future customers the first day I tried your salad I was in love you have helped me on my new journey of life and you bring me to tears with your Healthy Choice of salads they’re so delicious they don’t even need dressing I can’t get enough of the fulfilling taste and satisfaction of eating out and grabbing a salad from Waba grills I have bragged about you so much that my family and friends have started to indulge on your salads you’ve always been a clean place to go and customer service has always been top notch but turning to your salad have changed my life anyone that reads test if you have not tried a Waba grill salmon salad or grilled chicken or spicy grilled chicken salad you have not lived the salads are low in carbs and calories and they’re healthy for you and therefore filling and delicious and no you do not even need the side dresses that they put it in the bag for you to drizzle over your lettuce it’s that good without it and don’t and not feel guilty Waba Grill is the best five. Stars hands down
