I ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken and steak plate. My plate was good but as for the chicken bowl. The chicken was extremely burnt on one side and they faced the burnt side on the bottom so I won’t see it. I’ve been coming here for a while so hopefully this is the only time it happens.

I went back to this Waba Grill to give it another try. Well, very disappointed. I ordered a chicken and steak plate and two chicken bowls. I received very little chicken on both of my bowls and received a smaller portion of steak and chicken that I usually get on my plate. I attached a picture, that’s how much chicken I got in one of my bowls. I will not be returning to this Waba Grill anymore. They’ve lost me as a customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went last night before I went work. The young guy working the register and handing the food out was rude. He didnt greet anyone and acted as if ppl were there just to be there.. He seemed like he didnt want the job . Im assuming they dont do job and customer trading anymore. They did when I was growing up. It seems like all these ppl in this store is related, thats why they find rudeness and bad attitude acceptable. Smh.

I really like this place a lot, they have great tasting dumplings. The service was amazing, Patricia was very helpful, and very nice. After a good workout this is a good place to get something healthy.

Miranda L. and her team definitely made sure I was taken care of friendly demeanors and they take food prep seriously. As a vegan my #1 fear is poor preparation practices and cross contamination. Staff members were very receptive and respectful of my dietary request and changed gloves and used different utensils often. Although I was nervous when I came in I left with a sense of relief, these folks are alright

Slowly has been going downhill and downhill. Sometimes you get half meat that you ordered. Sometimes the veggies are old and dry. For someone who has almost doubled their price in 2 years. You would think at least you would try to keep the quality. So much for fast food making $20 an hour.
