We always love Waba Grill but tonight they completely dismissed our issue when we ordered a specific sauce but the gave us the wrong one, making the food too hot to eat. They said “Nothing we can do because you already started eating it.” Just a lack of care for customers because they weren’t in the mood to deal with us.

We really enjoyed this place. We got the beef and chicken combo and 2 orders of dumplings. I liked the simplicity of the flavors in the meat, I thought it was well grilled and seasoned and not drowned in sauce-just what we were in the mood for during the cool evening. The dumplings had nice flavors and the accompanying sauce was delicious. Prices were very reasonable and the service was friendly.

Lady with the longest nails grabbing carrots with bare hands and comes over to register not washing her hands touching after. Makes you wonder if they wash their hands before touching carrots or any other things in the kitchen to serve customers. Do they not need to wear gloves when handling food bc we’re supposed to assume their hands were washed? Idk. Seemed not sanitary

Today we used Waba Grill catering to feed our baseball team. Our 50 bowls were fresh and ready for pick up when we arrived, along with all of the toppings, condiments, and utensils. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town! Thank you!

I did a pickup order at this location, and wound up with a poor customer from the Hispanic male cashier who ignored me as he danced and put sauce cups away. I literally was the only customer and he decided to dance to “Poco Loco” song. After 5minutes he decided to look up without apologizing for wait and said “Hi, what are you here for”?
Not even an acknowledgment for him making me wait as he danced foolishly.
I said I was here for a pickup order. The saw the first bag on the counter, looked inside and handed it to me.
When I asked for side of waba sauce he gave me a look annoyed and then said “there’s some in the bag.”
Like ok sorry for ruining your dance session.
Management please hire better cashiers. Thanks.
