Welp, this was our favorite spot to dine. Food use to be delicious, staff was friendly and happy. Hearing them joke around and laugh while working made it so good.
I guess don’t come around 7:30p.m-8p.m due to them closing at 9p.m they also seem to pretend to be closed around 8p.m. When they brought my meal out they were already closing their kitchen so they had to defrost chicken and unfortunately, that’s what I got. A frozen meal. Disappointed

It’s close to work and very reliable. The food is like most fast food, it’s hit and miss. The staff is good for the most part, they aren’t going to go out of their way to deliver stellar service or anything like that. It’s close to work.

I must say that this spot has been right on more times than not. Went today and I was in and out and not disappointed. The staff seems to have improved. Thanks Waba Grill.

double check your order they ALWAYS get it wrong. asked for a waba plate and only got steak and they always “forget” my drink. i have to wait like an extra minute for them to get back to the window and ask what im still waiting for.

I would give zero if i could. Did a drive through today 1/14 around 4PM and the whole time the lady that was taking my oder was chitchatting with another person and didn’t even say anything, like “here’s your food” etc just straight took the money, gave me the food and not saying thank you etc literally NOT A SINGLE WORD even right after i said thank you. I mean i worked at fast food before and god it only takes less than 5 mins to do one order and say thank you right after.

My issue is paying 10+ dollars on a chicken bowl and have the play is lettuce.
I’m paying 12-15 dollars on a combo for eating lettuce. With barely any rice and a very tiny piece of chicken.
Over priced.
