my family and I went to waba grill drive thru we placed a large 80 dollar order and the chubby guy with glasses at the window said he said he didn’t have a 20 dollar change to give us and I said thank you then he slammed the window on us after he slammed the window we stayed there because we were gonna try to pay with a card and he didn’t come back even tho he knew we were there. Don’t come to this place if you don’t wanna be discriminated they’re very racist and rude. 2/23/2026 around 6:30 pm in case corporate wants to see video of it. no wonder It was lonely and nobody in the drive thru

The food is great same as the place. Is just the people who work there. We got here (Waba grill) around 7:00 pm on Sunday and suddenly the managers locks all doors at 7:25. We were wondering what to do in case of an emergency. Plus more than 6 people walked away because the doors were locked and the closed time it says 8:00 pm and is barely 7:40. People were looking at us like. Can u open the door. Which I did for one. But I don’t know everything in here is great just the management is horrible

I like WaBa Grill never really had a complaint. I ordered a Chicken veggie bowl sans the rice. I felt I was over charged paying $9 when the menu in the drive-thru $6.89. When I got home there was very little Chicken and broccoli. But the bottom was Full of Cabbage! This was my worst experience here. I don’t eat CABBAGE and I was still hungry.

Second time here, the first time they forgot the avocado that I paid for, now I ask for the sauce on the side and got it over my food. I hate when food workers don’t listen to customers orders simply double check the order. Won’t be coming back!

Cabbage tasted odd. Like it’s been sitting out for long. I had huge pieces of the the beef. Not chopped out. Overall dissatisfied. Save yourself the time and money.

If POSSIBLE I would give NO stars I’m not one to write review but seriously only came to this place because it’s on the way home.. But from the moment I went to place the order through drive thru it was HORRIBLE guy named “CASTILLO A” was rude and always cut me off I asked him for some modification said they couldn’t be done. I’ve been here a couple of time and have had it done but now I rather give my money to a different restaurants.

VERY FRESH FOOD FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE. this place is a bit pricey for fast food, but it is very worth it because they cook everything fresh and it is a good meal for dinner or lunch after work or a workout. i would recommend the WABA plate because it is the main dish in their store, and it is delicious and not nasty like other fast food. i like to add wasabi because the spic makes my mouth want more. Their service here is very accommodating because they treat you really kindly so i would recommend coming to this store because it is really good and the employees are nice.
