I asked for no green onions on my food. The lady even put it on the receipt, I was told it would take 10 minutes which Is fine. 20 minutes later and they still got the order wrong thats ridiculous, good to know if I had a food allergy workers here wouldn’t take food accommodations seriously and I would have an allergic reaction because they refuse to read.

we ordered a chicken bowl with rice for pickup. 11:29 am rancho cucamonga milliken location. rice was hard stuck in chunks. called for money back and apparently i have to bring the bowl back for my money back. no problem let me drive 10 mins back and forth. only one person was working that bearly spoke english.

I love WaBa Grill their tofu, rice, and veggie bowl is great, BUT do not go to the one on Sierra in Fontana. They do not know how to cook tofu, and the employees are horrible. They look upset. I ordered one night, called them because they burned my tofu and the employee said to go the next day, so I did. When I arrived the manager made a strange face as if I were lying, BUT then he made the tofu and also burned the heck out if it. I told him he burned it again and he looked upset. Never apologized for the inconvenience, so at that point I asked for a refund and just told him that they didn’t know how to cook tofu SMH who eats burnt tofu?!

I never do reviews on food places, but yesterday i was craving some chicken and i saw this waba was still open and OMG the chicken was so tender and well done. Maybe i was so hungry idk but it was delicious and my food was ready in minutes. This place 10/10

Absolutely loved it, first time trying waba. I went in pretty early they had just opened the cook Sergio and cashier ninibeth were very nice and attended me quickly.
