Workers are extremely rude I’ll never come back to this location the other one in South Gate and even Downey is way nicer and better. Asked for a water cup and gave me attitude for asking for one? Then proceeds to never give me one. Pretty ridiculous to reclaim for a water cup so I just left. Even the food was bitter for it was warm at best, the tofu a very light brown. Horrible service all around

Very disappointing experience at this WaBa Grill location.
The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude when I asked for additional veggies or even just a cup of water, they simply refused, especially the woman working at the counter.
I definitely do not recommend stopping by, and I won’t be returning.

The only big problem i have are these dumplings i asked for them extra crunchy but I just got a lot of residue of the flattop on them. Not enjoyable at all every bite i take they taste like burned. I was a lead at waba grill and if my manager saw this my attention would’ve been called immediately.

Came to eat with my wife and we’re told we couldn’t eat inside, 22 minutes before closing, I understand I work in food as well. What’s unacceptable is that the service, no forks, no napkins, forgot our Avocado that we paid extra for and when we asked for it the girl literally gave us a Avocado cut in half with the skin still on. I tried to ask for a spoon so I could at least scoop it out myself but the girl said they didn’t have any. Side note a family of 3 walked in a few minutes after us and we’re told that they were completely out of food and they had nothing at all. If true then definitely a management problem if not then these employees need to be accommodating if it’s still 15 minutes before closing. Unacceptable service.

Me and my co-worker wanted to get a quick bite to eat and we always had the BEST experience at any of the WaBa Grill locations but this one stands out by far….Great customer services and the staff is very welcoming as you enter the front door. Love this! it makes you feel really good that someone knows your there. Overall, the food is great and quick.
