First time here. We wanted to sit on the patio but they closed it due to cool weather. Service was very good from seating until the end, especially with our party of 12. The drinks were tasty, the chocolate martini and pomegranate mule, which they made special. Our food came out in a timely manner. The cheesesteak egg rolls were good after we asked for marinara, said and french onion soup were very good, the Italian wedding soup was just okay. The wings were good, as were the 3 flatbreads we had, could if been a bit more cushy crust. The mozzarella was good, fries were crispy. Overall, good service food and drinks. Even had leftovers to take home.

This place is pretty run down and the food is abysmal, especially for the prices charged. The real kicker is that this establishment charges a 3% fee on all bills to cover the cost of “inflation.” I did not see this charge advertised on the menu before ordering, you’re just left with it once you get the bill. This is an incredibly shady practice to extract more money from customers while appearing to keep costs “low.” I refuse to believe this fee goes back to the employees, this is just another example of corporate greed, why not just change the menu prices if you need more money to make a profit? Regarding the food, I ordered the crispy brussels sprouts and they came out without the bacon, but even when I notified the waitress and she brought me a cup of bacon, it didn’t improve the taste. I also ordered the honey chipotle salmon that was on special and it was SWIMMING in the sauce. I couldn’t even attempt to eat any of the rice pilaf that came with it because it was practically just soup due to the amount of sauce. Not to mention the sauce was very strange and congealed, it kept getting stuck to my teeth like caramel. On top of this, the place is falling apart, the ceiling tiles are falling down, the chairs are on wheels(?) and don’t fit at the tables, the waiting area seating booth is ripped so bad it’s practically split in two. I would never go back and I actually would encourage others to avoid it here, I’m surprised by all the good reviews.

I recently visited the W Tavern and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere was also a highlight – very chill and relaxing, perfect for unwinding with friends.
However, the food was a bit of a letdown. Despite the appealing menu, the dishes we ordered lacked flavor and didn’t live up to our expectations. While the presentation was good, the taste just wasn’t there.
Overall, the W Tavern excels in customer service and ambiance, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the kitchen. I’ll give it another try in the future, hoping the food improves to match the excellent service and vibe.

My wife and I dined here on 10/25/25 for an early dinner and found both the service and food to be excellent. Our waitress was awesome and was very attentive. The menu has a good number of items to select including appetizers, soup, salad, burgers, sandwiches and entrees. I got the chicken parmesan which was huge and will give me a second meal. My wife got the chicken fingers and fries. The serving sizes are large for the price paid which was not bad at all. We ended up taking leftovers home with us. We’ll definitely visit again and I recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Love the W! Great location! Previously the Willow Inn. The W Tavern has been around for decades and they renovated and refurbished the whole place a while back. The management is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My husband loves the burgers and I loved the veggie Stromboli so much that I will get it for takeout next time. Makes me want to try the pizza The outside space is amazing and their food is excellent and affordable. Repeat happy customer!

The bartenders here always take great care of everyone. We were just there for the Eagles game and our bartender never had us waiting long for more beers. They have a million TVs and it’s also very family friendly. They also have impossible burgers
which I didn’t know, so we will be back to try that.

Went to order online which apparently has to go through DoorDash. Fine. Order wings… get home to find out they forgot to put buffalo sauce on buffalo wings. DoorDash oddly says no refund so i reach out to the W Tavern. They say theyre sorry they werent made correctly but they wont refund or replace the order. What? Yeah unless you like getting your order wrong or poor customer service, stay away from this place.

Food was terrible. Everyone in our party left hungry because of how unappetizing their meals were. The ambiance was very off. Beware of the extra 3% charge they add to each receipt in order to squeeze more money out of customers. At the end of the day this is a dive bar trying (& failing) to punch above its weight class, it’s like putting lip stick on a pig.

Willow Inn has been around a long time. Service is great, atmosphere is comfortable and friendly and their food has always been very good over the years. NY strip was excellent! Even the mashed potatoes and steamed veggies were good.
Good food , drinks, atmosphere and service is great! Definitely 5stars here!
