All I can say about this restaurant is WOW. The food, service, ambience— everything here is spectacular! All the menu items we tried were genuinely so delicious… especially the beef phơ (soup is so clear, yet hearty & flavorful. It’s MSG free too!!) & bo kho (Vietnamese beef stew). Also LOVED the appetizers we had— mango shrimp salad & deep fried quail! ❤️ Last but not least every drink we tried was 10/10 amazing ✩ (avocado durian, mangonada, salted egg coffee WOW, and strawberry matcha!) and to top it all off: the BEST dessert ever crispy fried banana spring rolls topped with coconut ice cream… TO DIE FOR!
Service was absolute top notch (Cecilia & the staff were SOOO friendly & knowledgeable) and super attentive. They really try to make your experience as cozy & warm as possible! Can’t wait to come back.

The broth leans towards the more meaty side rather than herbal/spice, but not too much – it is a pretty good balance. Quantity of food is quite handsome, very good value!!! The menu is quite large as well with various options ~ Noticed, customers exploring their drinks (slushies and what not).
Not a huge location so when it gets busy the seating feels quite limited. (Did notice that some tables were reserved as makeshift storage though while I was there)

Amazing, the food tasted great, the service would’ve been a 6/5 if google let me do that, because wow, it was just plainly welcoming. Thank you! Atmosphere is also awesome too, just to add on. The music and the the TV gives the atmosphere a huge boost! And the extra mango dessert for free is a plus! MUST TRY, PUT IT ON YOUR BUCKETLIST!

Updated for subsequent visit: same friendly service and good portion of food! Just note that if you’re going in hoping to get your little one some cartoons to watch while waiting for food – most of the screens have been taken down and the only operating one does not always have cartoon on 🙂
First visit: Had lunch with my toddler son and we both enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the super friendly services. The owner and her daughter are both very accommodating and approachable and they engaged every table with warm conversations. Since this is their grand opening month we also got some taro volcano slush testers and my son loved them. They also have multiple screens in the restaurant with one playing cartoons so kids won’t get bored waiting for food. Food was served fairly quickly. Restrooms are clean and tidy too. Will definitely come again.

Dropped in to try out the new place. Used to go to Kim Lan often. Was looking forward to the Chicken curry soup but was disappointed as they were short an ingredient. But, out server said she would run out to get it. I chose to try the meatball Pho instead. I really enjoyed it. Broth was rich and tasty, with a little heat. Lots of meatballs as well. My wife had the vermicelli bowl of pork and chicken. Spring rolls are nice. Full of filling and well done. That’s a big tell for me, what their rolls are like. We left full and happy. Pricing is very fair, we both are well and a tip was under $50. Definitely be going back. Our server was very friendly and helpful, she seemed to love her job. Overall a great stop.

The mangonada slush is unique and refreshing. I was a bit worried it might be too spicy, but the flavors are perfectly balanced. Once I got used to it, I enjoyed it, such a great summer drink!

Amazing food, large portions and very tasty, and the drinks weren’t too sweet. The server was super sweet and friendly. They had good music and child friendly shows on the TVs. The entire place felt super warm and comfortable

I’ve been in person and the food and service was great so thought I’d try them again through Uber eats. Despite selecting “extra meat” I barely got much meat – maybe one small slice and half a beef ball. The order also did not come with any beansprouts. As much as I wanted to like this place I probably won’t be coming back.
