The food is outstanding. My wife and I had the bourbon burger with fries and my son had the mango habanero chicken fries. Everything was delicious. The burgers were juicy ang good quality meat
The buns were some sort of brioche or potatoe roll and toastes perfectly. The fries were crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. I didn’t sample my son’s meal but he was very happy with it. My only complaint, and it is minor. Is that we had to ask for refills on our tea. But the waitress did offer us to go cups. If we lived in Ft Stockton instead of just passing through, we would eat here regularly.

Passing by Fort Stockton and looked at reviews for good burger joints and this was the first one to pop up. Holy heck, so glad I decided to stop in. Very good food!! I got a burger with fries.
Hamburger 9/10 – well toasted bun and a 7oz chuck burger were a perfect combo. Had fresh veggies on the side. The bun was not overwhelming at all. I did add bacon to the burger which was cooked perfectly. The burger setup comes dry, but they have all the condiments you need if you want to add anything.
French Fries 9/10 – hand cut potatoes that were fried and seasoned just right. They were fire actually!! Probably some of the best fries I’ve had in awhile!!
Customer Service 9/10 – walked and greeted with a warm welcome and awesome staff! My server was Arian who was patient to explain everything and was very friendly and attentive. Even the head chef, Vincent came by to chat. A cool place that is very inviting.
Atmosphere 8/10 – simple, but effective.
Overall 9/10 – I am glad I stopped by and will definitely be a regular here when passing by Fort Stockton, Texas!!

One of the best little diners I have ever been to… We drive all over the United States and this little place was amazing. Everything was made fresh, homemade including the sauces, chili, burritos, and even the buns… We had the Frito pie, the chili cheese burritos, and the bourbon, bacon cheeseburger, (The bourbon sauce let’s just say there is no words for how good it is), and they were all amazing!!! And the portions are huge!! It is veteran owned, and the owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!! This is going to be our go to place to eat from now on whenever we drive through this part of Texas… I would definitely recommend this place for anybody that wants a good homemade meal from scratch!

BEST PLACE TO EAT IN FORT STOCKTON
Driving from El Paso to Austin and stopped off here – BOY am I glad I did.
It was the best burger I’ve had in recent memory. Sienna the server was lovely, told me their burger patties are made from brisket cut.
Usually if the burger is amazing, fries tend to be disappointing- NOPE fresh, crispy and perfectly salted.
Love the quaint little location and got to talk to the man himself – Vincent. He’s a classically trained chef from culinary school in SATX, served his country and has a passion for the food he creates.
He generously gave me a slice of blueberry cheesecake to try and my gosh it was next level.
I’ve had dessert in 3 Michelin star restaurants in NY and LA and this cheesecake held its own – light fluffy cheese topping, FRESH Blueberries (not that slimey canned sugary stuff). 10/10.
I got the hatch Chile burger with cheese… delectable.
Literally can’t wait to stop in again and hope he opens locations statewide!
My only hope is that they start closing during a weekday or two and opening on weekends because we often drive through Fort Stockton on weekends.

Delicious eats and reasonable prices and close off the highway! Our kids said the nuggets were 10x better than McDonald’s and my Buffalo chicken sandwich was so big I only ate half. Husband had the chili burger and said it was delish. Ranch dressing was homemade and tasty! Recommend!

Passing through, first place that showed up when I typed food. Glad it was. Burger was delicious and the fries are homemade fresh which was awesome. Better yet the burger is also homemade from brisket. Only problem was even the single patty burger was enough to fill me up and I couldnt finish my fries. The owner even checked on me and we a had a good conversation. Genuine guy who clearly puts a lot of effort and care into what he puts out there. With so much fast food out there or restaurants that cut corners its good to have found a place that does not. It shows and you can taste the difference. Recommend if not simply to support a locally operating business that values doing things the right way.

We stopped here for a bite to eat after an 8 hour drive. After driving the US for work we were pleasantly surprised by this little hidden gem. We had the bourbon burger and the chili cheese burritos all which were excellent. Everything was homemade including the chili, buns, and even the burritos. Veteran owned we will be making this our go-to stop when we come through this part of Texas.

Really great little diner, Marine owned. Impeccably clean and the sweet server Sierra with a beautiful smile Cleaned everything in between serving. Even wiping down the Ketchup bottles. Food was plentiful and hand made. Hand cut fries. No pre-made burger, this also hand made and excellent! Iced tea was fresh and I found out made with spring
Water! Highly recommend!

The burgers are some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. They also handcut the potatoes in the morning so the fries taste amazing and extremely fresh. The server was also incredibly warm and welcoming, treated us really well. I highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is that they start serving milkshakes to make it a true diner experience 🙂
