Reviews
The restaurant is exceptionally elegant and well-maintained, offering a sophisticated atmosphere for dining. Despite a 30-minute wait, the staff remained kind and professional. However, I did note that the service lacked the meticulous attention to detail found at their other locations.
We ordered the beef rib soup, the mushroom and beef entrée, and the fried calamari. While the presentation was lovely, the flavor profiles deviated significantly from the Fountain Valley flagship:
• Beef Rib Soup: The broth was unexpectedly heavy, lacking the refined balance of the original version.
• Mushroom and Beef: This dish lacked the characteristic creaminess that typically defines it, resulting in a different taste profile altogether.
• Consistency: The primary disappointment lies in the lack of uniformity between locations. For a brand with such a strong reputation, maintaining a consistent standard across all kitchens is essential.
While the environment is beautiful and the staff is welcoming, the inconsistencies in the kitchen were a letdown. I hope the management works toward aligning this menu with the high culinary standards of the Fountain Valley location.
2. The spot has fun casual vibes! It is located inside a mall!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with our order! Everything came out in about 15 mins!
Note: This spot has their own restrooms for customers!

Everything tasted solid. The ceviche was fresh, the garlic noodles were super flavorful, and the ribeye on top was really tender. The wontons had a nice kick, and both the congee and the rib bone soup felt really comforting. My girlfriend especially loved the Vietnamese coffee — strong and smooth.
The vibe was chill, service was friendly, and it was just an easy place to enjoy a date night without feeling rushed. We’d come back for sure.
They have happy hour from 2-5pm but not on weekends or holidays. I went in Veteran’s Day and couldn’t get happy hour pricing bc it was a holiday.
