Incredible experience, my fiancé and I came here to celebrate our engagement. Vous is an intimate dining space, with all seats facing the kitchen, you watch the two chefs prepare and cook each course.
You can interact with the chefs, ask questions and watch. It was like sitting court side at a basketball game or being front row at a concert. It was amazing to observe the process.
The food was delicious and creative, we received excellent service throughout with detailed explanations of each course and fantastic drink pairing suggestions.
My fiancé is a coeliac and it was not a problem at Vous, they changed the menu or substituted some ingredients(we did give prior notice).
Highly recommend – great experience and a wonderful way to celebrate our engagement.

Superb meal. From start to finish it was a great experience sitting at the counter and watching the chefs work. We had the longer tasting menu which came with two extra fish courses. Both were great. I don’t eat cheese so the chefs swapped my cheese course with a lovely shiitake mushroom sautéed in chicken jus. The pear soufflé was light as a feather. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere intimate and relaxed.

Creative upscale cuisine. Two levels, the top is Japanese omakase style, the bottom is French fusion cuisine. The swaying arrangement is along the bar/cooking area, which makes it feel more social, rather than isolated tables; one can interact with the chef. The service was great, they made use feel at home, while catering to our needs.

Our party enjoyed a unique and memorable dining experience at Vous. This was an extraordinarily intimate affair, as all diners are seated at a 14-seat counter in front of the open kitchen. All of the staff work, from greeting guests, to service, to cooking is done by two gentlemen, on their own, without assistance. The Host and Chef are very friendly and engaging, and, are happy to converse with guests and to answer questions. The overall impression is of dining in a friend’s or relative’s kitchen. The tasting menu was superb. This is a culinary experience that is not to be missed.

To clarify the overall rating from the start: when one gets a tasting menu at €190 per person without drinks, he/she expects a 2 Michelin star experience (or in the worst case a 1-star one).
Between our party we have tasted more than 50 gastronomic and/or Michelin-starred restaurants, and this was far away even from a one-star Michelin restaurant, which left us feeling we received a horrible value for money, even when considering the premium one is expected to pay in Megève.
On the positive side, the ambience was friendly and the bar seating promotes a relaxed atmosphere and interaction with other patrons and the staff.
The two gentlemen who cooked / served us were very professional and catered for us well, helping to create the aforementioned relaxed atmosphere.
Despite the above, there is a limit to what can be charged for an, eventually, non-gastronomic menu and that limit is not more than half the menu price.
