I should have read the reviews before going there! It took them 41 minutes and for me to get up to ask about my order! It was literally sitting under the grill. 5 pupusas! The fountain drinks almost $6. The food is wayyyy overpriced and the pupusas were literally just masa. No vuelvo mal servicio! Nobody smiles. It was too warm to be eating comfortably. Never again!! 9-3-2025 11am we got our food at 11:41. Oh and I paid cash and they had no coins to give me my change and they did it to the lady in front of me too so they are under handedly keeping the coin change.

As I walk in, there is an overwhelming smell that smells amazing. I knew I walked into the right spot as soon as I took a breath. The environment is very laid back. I love it. Good music, very, very clean environment, very friendly stuff. I really like how The tables have their own centerpieces and they all match. There’s art on the walls. Makes me want to visit El Salvador it looks beautiful. This spot is really a hidden gem. I highly recommend it. The whole menu looks amazing. Everything looks to be made fresh And that says a lot in this day and age. I will definitely bring my family here. My friends or my parents. Or just even by myself to stop in for a quick bite. I hope this place is here for a very long time. We need more places like this.

The service here is not that good. They take forever to approach you. Took about 40 minutes to get my food. After we were done another 30 minutes to bring your check to pay. Not one time did they check on us. Second time being here. I love the food, but not the service. Next time I’ll take it to go instead. People just don’t care any more about service.

I really loved this place, is super clean and the staff is super nice, food is also very very good. I’ve seen some Comments about prices been a little high, you get what you pay, this is a comfortable place to eat and enjoy with family. Maybe you can find another place with lower prices but you get a dirty place, loud music, stinky bathrooms and bad service, your decision.

Unfortunately, I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. The amount of time they make you wait, to order food and then get your food is unacceptable. The food is always good but the service is just terrible. Im just going to avoid this location and stay with the one on rancho vista.

I put in an order at 3:20pm my order wasn’t ready until 4:05pm and when I get there the 2 pollo guisados were not made because they don’t have it and failed to call and tell me if I wanted something else, so I literally picked up my food with just sides and dessert with no entrees. The two women were afraid to even go ask the manager what happened so they made the boy go because they said oh they’re always angry so when the boy went to go ask, he just came back and gave me my food without saying a word so then I had to ask if I was going to get a refund and all he just said was yes. very unprofessional. I ended up having to go to Pollo Loco just to get chicken. if you’re running a business with multiple restaurants make sure you are getting and giving the proper customer service and hiring the people that care about your business if not, then don’t do anything.
So as others have stated, it did take a little while longer to get my order BUT customers need to realize the food is prepared fresh. LA COMIDA ESTABA RIQUÍSIMA! we will be forsure returning

The food was really good. However, it is extremely overpriced. I got a Desayuno Tipico w chorizo and it was $15 lol what the heck. THENNN the chorizo looked like caca and it was the size of my thumb. Worst part of it all is their entire restaurant smelled so bad like diarrhea. Wackala.

I come and eat I eat inside I order my order to go so they can have it ready. I go to the front they tell me I’m sorry your order is not ready yet. They need a better customer service, especially server. How can you have one server on the weekend is when you get so busy But we do need for them to help us out I don’t know I think they need a little bit more customer service for people to help out and to explain everything

Food and service is good. I don’t recommend to eat there or wait for food they don’t have the ac it is about 90 degrees in there. I love to sit and eat at restaurants but it is too hot to eat there. I’ve gone different times of the day but in summer it gets worse.If it’s hot for me i can’t imagine the employees that have to deal with it all day that is inhumane. That need to have better conditions for their customers and employees.
