Great place to Watch a 49er game, drinks great, food ok, but service especially the food was so dang slow, we were one of the first people to order and we did order quite a bit we had about 8 in our party, they would bring us one 1 item we ordered then u would see food brought to 10 other people when they haven’t even come to close to finishing our order, and after a 3 hour game still didn’t fill our order 100 percent! Not even close! So make sure to eat before u show.

My friends and I stopped by for a birthday celebration on Friday, 2/27 and we had a younger girl serving us. She did such a great job and had a cheerful attitude despite my misconception of drink prices. We will all be back! I highly recommend this place!

I went here because my band played a show here. It’s a very old building, originally was a theater. It has a beautiful punched tin ceiling. There’s a smoking patio in the front. Bands can load/unload out of the alley, but you can’t always leave your vehicle back there because the alley can’t stay blocked. Great service, it was fun.

Gorgeous lounge I was looking foreward to sitting and relaxing in. The front door lady tonight was so sweet and welcoming, Ive never been to a cocktail lounge before. I sat down and waiting close to 20 mins. No one came over. I saw waitresses serving other tables, and then I saw them spending an awfully long time flirting with some man at the bar but I was never even acknowledged. I finally walked out and went down the street instead. Kind of dissapointed because I was lookong foreward to trying a new joint but I wont be back

For a Wednesday night, Vorshay’s Cocktail Lounge had a lot going for it. The drinks were top-notch, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the seating arrangement was well thought out—comfortable and inviting.
That night, they had a stand-up comedy show. Let’s just say the comedians were still up-and-coming, but it added a fun, casual vibe to the night.
Overall, the place is great, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Wichita. Whether you’re looking for well-crafted cocktails or just a good atmosphere, Vorshay’s is worth a visit.

Beautiful bar in downtown Wichita. Should be a 40 and over club. Retro / speakeasy. Great stage for musicians. Upstairs seating. Large projection screen over the stage. 2 televisions over the bar were playing ESPN, so it also has that sports bar vibe.

Very cool spot but the staff made the experience uncomfortable. We had a group of four and got drinks at the bar then went to check out the upstairs and one of the bartenders yelled (causing the entire bar to stare up at us) “hey people upstairs!!!” for my husband to not have his drink on the rail. Aggressively. Makes sense- no drinks on the rail- but could you have sent someone up to give us a heads up, or maybe not yelled and then stared up at us for the rest of the time we were there? Then when someone did come up we thought she’d be cool but she was short and not friendly at all. Didn’t make us want to stick around. With going out being as expensive as it is now, we prefer to frequent places that appreciate our business. Guy bartender seemed nice. He was the exception.
