I really love their fried crispy chicken and yangneum chicken with its thin batter. Crispy but juicy inside. Even my 8 years old picky eater boy kept saying that it was so good. Childen can enjoy when you choose mild for the spicy level. I recently visited twice, one dine-in and one take out. Of course it tastes more fresh and better at the restaurant, but I was surprised that it wasn’t soggy at all but still cripsy and hot after 20minutes drive. Service was good with prompt and kind staffs. I recommend cheese ball for dessert. It’s a little sweet and chewy covered with crispy mochi and cheese fillings. I will definitely come again for next time.

Great service, prompt cooking, spacious place. Lunch specials was AMAZING but it lacked one thing that all fried chicken places gives me; some sort of kimchi to digest the oil But chicken & fries were great!!!

They got their consistently great heavily battered fried chicken (consistent across all chain locations I tried). Place is cozy and not too busy. Unfortunately they don’t have the fancy Korean instant noodle machines like the store in Sunnyvale but they got banger rice dishes.

I placed a large order of 8 chickens in total — a mix of fried and Yangnyum Chicken — and everything was prepared exactly on time for pickup.
The fried chicken was crispy and exceptionally tasty, even better than what I have experienced at other Vons locations. The Yangnyum Chicken had the signature sweet Korean flavor and was absolutely delicious.
Under the new ownership, the food quality seems to have improved even further. From now on, this will be the only place I buy chicken.
Without a doubt, the best chicken spot in the Bay Area.
