My old pal Tracer Bullet from the Army days was in town for something or another, and took me to his favorite Italian restaurant.

This is now my favorite Italian restaurant in Sonoma county!! Great ambiance! Red & white table clothes! Old Italian deli and speakeasy made into authentic restaurant. Great staff, not in a hurry, listens to my stories. The food, to die for, comes very quickly. Minestrone with ziti, that’s true Italian. The best calamari I’ve ever had, light batter. Lamb shank so flavorful. And pasta with cream sauce that doesn’t bloat me. The food is too die for!!! Yes, it’s expensive, so it won’t be my every month place, but I’ll skip the other places to come back here!!! Oh and the owner, son of the original 1925 owner, is there every night, even plays accordion
