Reservation required as they can get quite busy.
We went there during new year eve and restaurant was busy. People who didn’t have booking had to wait quite a bit before getting a table.
Restaurant itself is very nice and chic decor, you feel like you need to be dress up nice to go eat there.
We ordered the steak, beef ribs, mozarella stick, garlic prawn and beef tartare.
We ordered 2 steak 1 medium well and 1 medium rare. The medium well was cooked perfectly but the medium rare turned to be medium well as well. We didn’t return the steak as they were quite busy and we didn’t want to wait more for them to redo it.
The beef ribs was nice, portions size was big given the price you pay. There was also chicken wings with the beef ribs. The garlic prawn was delicious and love that there was a lot of sauce. The mozarella stick was nice. The beef tartare was alright, they used dried age beef so very different to other beef tartare.
We also tried some of the mocktail and they were alright.
They have high chair available for kids. I wouldn’t recommend to take pram there as there is not much space to put pram.
If you are going with kids and pram you will need to make reservations and let them know so they can give you a table that will be more suitable.

We reserved a table to celebrate our anniversary. We were ushered to a table upon arrival. After taking our order, we requested to change table, and our request was granted. Food was scrumptious. Appetisers, main and dessert were good. Recommend! We were served by Shai & Prinash. Good service!

Recently found their Lunch special (Mon-Fri 11:30am-3pm) and it is amazing deal. I got Rump stake with Fries, Salad and Sauce for just $19. Great value for money.
The Mocktail here is one of the best. I personally like Dark Knight which is just awesome.
I’ve also tried Wagu beef steak once, and as the name suggests, it was amazing. One of the best.
I’ll be coming here (especially for the lunch special ).

The mocktails were very refreshing and very well presented.
The steaks were amazing, great quality meat and perfectly cooked. Great size meals.
Customer service was excellent, particularly Taha, who served us during the night. She was amazing, very helpful and happy. She definitely contributed very positively to our experience.
It’s not a cheap place, as any other steakhouse, but the quality and service is worth it.

Very nice atmosphere. Family friendly place. The staffs are forthcoming and friendly and very helpful. The steaks are are very well made. The money spent here is well worth it. Surprisingly it’s crowded even on a weekday afternoon. Definitely can’t go wrong.

We came to Volcano as a group of ten and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and everything we ordered came out beautifully presented and full of flavour. The steaks were cooked exactly how we asked, the sides were generous and fresh, and even the desserts were spot on. Everyone at the table was impressed.
What really made the night stand out though was Nieds. Looking after a table of ten is not easy, but she handled it so calmly and professionally. She was friendly, attentive and made sure every single person at the table was happy the whole night. Nothing was forgotten and everything flowed smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests she serves.

Heard alot about VOLCANO STEAKHOUSE so we decided to try it today. Went along with my bestie to celebrate hubby’s bday dinner at Volcanos.
We were served by ART who really helped us decide the menu.
The food was very delicious. Ambiance was very good. Nd the food didnt took much time after ordering.

I ordered wagyu spring rolls, which were amazing. I had the scotch fillet cooked well done, and I really loved that it was properly well done without being burnt, still tender, and with no redness in the steak. My husband ordered the dry-aged bone-in rib-eye, cooked medium-well, and it was nice as well, though I felt the portion size was a bit small (but I could be mistaken).
The food overall was excellent and the service was very good. I ordered one of the mocktails, which I didn’t enjoy, and I’m not sure if I was sensitive to one of the ingredients. When I mentioned it to the waitress, they kindly replaced it and didn’t charge me, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. The place little bit noisy haha but it is nice
