There are few foods that I could eat at least 5x a week and these volcano bowls are one of them. When I sit down to not just eat, but experience, this culinary art I savor every second the flavor is on my tongue. The deep fried shell mixes perfectly with the soft textures of the myriad of meats and ingredients that you can custom order to your liking. And spoiler, there are no wrong choices. If you haven’t eaten here, do it and bring a friend. And if you dont have a friend, go make one by sharing a bowl with a stranger!

Awesome little sushi truck! I always call ahead about 15 minutes and it’s always ready pretty much on time. The Volcano Bowl is huge and delicious for the price! Their sushi rolls have always tasted fresh. The staff is so nice, and I will continue to go back and recommend them so they stick around for a long time!
