Came on Thursday since kids eat free. Made a reservation so we wouldn’t have to wait. We were seated immediately. Our server was great. Our chef was fun, enthusiastic and put on a great show for the kids. My kids enjoyed it. Food was delicious. Good portion sizes. Seasoned perfect and had the right amount of sauce. I had the chicken and shrimp which was good. The kids had the steak and they loved it. Even the soup was a hit with my kids. Enjoyed it and we will be back. I do recommend.

Been 6 straight new years since moving to dallas. Was our favorite spot. This year got Christmas ornament which was cool. Went yesterday for my daughter’s birthday. Ac was blowing on blast I checked the ac temp next to bar 56 degrees. Told host about it, manager was on break, elderly lady next to me was about to freeze she could barely eat. It was a meat locker. Look around people had jackets on and toboggans still on. I wanted to leave so bad but my daughter didn’t want to embarrass her friend. It was so cold as soon as food hit our plates, it was like eating food from a refrigerator. I asked waiter for spoon for soup no reply so we drank our soup from bowl. Ordered 3 different sushi plates, 1 appetizers 5 hibachi entries $186. $27 tip included. Ask waiter for 3 soy sauce plates the round mini dishes. He said here handed me three two dish thing you they pour yum yum and ginger in. I went to sushi bar got 3 small soy sauce dishes walked to waiter and said this is what you are supposed to give people that order sushi. He rolled his eyes. Same waiter I had on new years. He’s acts flamboyant so I was shocked he didn’t pay attention to detail. Will never go back my daughter and everyone was so cold they all left 15 mins early to sit in car to get warm. If I didn’t have party of 5 and 18% gratuity I would of left 10% just because the cook. You don’t pay $27 to get your own Togo trays he did give us 3 needed 3 more. Also to get own soy sauce trays and no spoons for soup. No spoons has been a every year thing but that’s not that bad it’s everything else. Heard another waiter say our ac is broke it just keep blowing

Very Fun. Grandmother had a blast and that is what she wanted for mother’s day. Was hibachi. Friendly people and service was great . They had beautiful sushi if you like that instead

This is your typical hibachi restaurant, but it delivers a solid experience. We chose to dine in the spacious dining section instead of the hibachi grill area. For starters, we tried the dragon roll and another sushi option with just rice, seaweed, and avocado—simple but absolutely delicious.
For dessert, I went with the fried banana, which was a pleasant surprise! It consisted of banana wrapped in dough, fried to perfection, and topped with whipped cream. Definitely a sweet treat worth trying.
The service was decent—nothing extraordinary, just the basics of checking in and refilling our water glasses.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d recommend it for a casual meal.

IF YOU EAT HERE USE CASH!!! My bill was given to me for $169! I put ZERO in the tip area & left $34 cash (18%) I got home, checked my account & my card had been charged $203!! I called the restaurant the next day, the manager Fasch was rude & spoke over me first she saying the waiter mistakenly added $7. I said that made no sense because I signed a receipt for $169 nothing should’ve been added after. And $7 wasn’t taken $34 was. I ask for the signed receipt mysteriously she couldn’t find my original signed receipt! This is not even 24hours later. I showed her my bank account showing the $203 & there was still no apology or sympathy. She told me lots of people get scammed & if I had an issue I needed to rectify it with my bank! The waiter Jayson ultimately took home a $68 tip on a $169 bill! The fact that management showed very little remorse or empathy tells me I am not the first or last that will experience this! If you decide to eat hear use CAUTION!!

The waiter push us too hard, coming to ask us what should I ordered every mins. There is not people here during the lunch. But this is fine, the problem is, there is a 7 people party and my left hand table, the waiter will clean the cooking table after they finish and left. But they will come to cleaning the table directly even we still eating our food. I do not like this service.

Ordered through Uber Eats — big mistake. The food arrived cold, oily, and unpleasant. The chicken and steak had a strong, fishy taste. Thankfully we ordered extra veggies, because without them, there wouldn’t have been any at all. The rice was cold and greasy, with very little flavor. The photos speak for themselves.
It looks like many people have rated this place 4–5 stars, so maybe the dine-in experience is better — but I would not recommend delivery.
On a positive note, our Uber driver was excellent — friendly, efficient, and absolutely worth the $9.17 tip for the 3.6-mile trip. Highly rated and well-deserved.

Never a bad time or food! My favorite go to place for hibachi! Love that they have a gluten free option for my celiac husband.

We frequently eat at this location. All Volcano restaurants provide a good experience for food, experience, and atmosphere, but this one usually works best for us. Half price sushi Mondays are great, and we also love their Hibachi. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality Japanese restaurant!
