Absolutely our favorite dinner spot! We eat here at least once a month. They recently added all you can eat sushi to the menu so we had to try it. You can pick one or mix and match from the bbq grill, sushi, and hotpot options. We normally just get the grill but added on the sushi this time and it was so fresh and delicious.

I had such a great experience at Volcano Hotpot! The food was really good and everything tasted fresh. I loved being able to pick exactly what I wanted and cook it how I like. There were so many options, and it made the whole experience fun and different from a regular restaurant.
The service was also really nice. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. They explained how everything worked and checked on us without being overwhelming. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely go back!

I’ve never had hot pot nor Korean BBQ so I can’t truly say if it’s an authentic experience or not. I did notice a lot of people speaking Korean around the restaurant so that’s probably a positive indicator. No other all you can eat experience comes even close. The appetizer and sauce bar is epic, the extensive menu of meat AND vegetable options for hot pot and KBBQ were impressive, and the process of cooking our own food while we chatted was so much fun. It’s around $32 per person, we did the additional $5 per person to have hot pot and KBBQ. They also have a AYCE sushi for an additional $5 per person but our party wasn’t interested. Your entire party does have to get the same thing- so definitely decide beforehand.
I don’t think I’ve ever stuffed myself more full of delicious food ever in my life. Every time I tried to stop eating someone put something else delicious smelling on to cook and I was ready to eat more. I honestly thought I was going to make myself sick- but did not! Our server Gino was really nice and attentive and the owner Maggie was very kind. Kitty robot server is adorable. Overall an A+ experience.

Went here with my parents to celebrate my 22nd birthday. I can truly say as soon as we walked in the atmosphere was amazing. The decor along with the cleanliness of the restaurant was truly impressive and welcoming. On top of that the customer service was amazing. Our waiter Puuky, was very attentive and extremely helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and check on us regularly. Additionally, the food was very good. All fresh ingredients on top of the added buffet bar made for a wonderful experience and a delicious meal. I would 100% recommend anyone to come try the food! They even went as far as accommodate my mom’s vegan taste. Alllllll Goood and Delicious . Stop in and enjoy.

I have to drive for 1 hours 40minutes from home to here..craving for korean bbq and finally here (choose bbq or hotpot, if do both just $5 extra/person). The food is okay, they have buffet section too(chicken wing, fries, cake, kimchi, sauces), you should try the chicken wings and kimchi.. Lunch option is not much, but that’s okay and worth with the price. Dinner time more variety.

Volcano Korean BBQ has quickly become a favorite spot for my family and me — we go there often and always leave happy. The food is consistently amazing: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The kimchi and daikon radish are especially outstanding — some of the best I’ve ever had. Pricing is very fair for the quality and portion sizes, which makes it easy to keep coming back. On top of that, the little cat robot waiters that sometimes bring food are such a fun and unique touch — they’re cute and make the whole experience even more enjoyable. Volcano Korean BBQ is hands down one of our top go-to places, and I highly recommend it!

I used to go here pretty often but I’ll never go here again. Idk what happened, I tipped nice, was super sweet to my servers, and didn’t make much of a fuss. But all of a sudden the last three times I’ve been I’ve been treated like I’m a problem customer??? Being watched like crazy, one server was heavily questioning where the meat I had COOKED AND ATE btw where it went? My stomach duh?? Then it took so long for me to get the server to come back for me to order again! Every single time. I even had to flag down the manager. I feel like they were waiting to upcharge on a plate idk. Like I said, I was a regular for a while and all of a sudden things changed. Now I just drive the extra 5 minutes to K-POT because of how much better the service is and how much welcoming they are to their regulars. I’ll never eat here again

What a fun experience. This is my husband’s Google but today my son took me for our monthly lunch to Volcano. What a great staff; from the hostess who warmly greeted us with a smile and a welcome to our waiter who kindly walked me, the “newbie first timer” thru the process. The manager was so attentive to our experience and even brought over a cup of her favorite sauce for me to try. They even sent the robot cat over to bring extra meats over and I was tickled when she asked if we could scratch behind her ear. Great music, open environment and we are so so stuffed. We didn’t even hit our 2 hours and are in a food coma. Such a fun mother son date. Will do it again.
