I stayed in Morgantown for a few weeks and this was my favorite place to get food. I went there a lot haha as evidenced by all the photos that I posted. The staff are great and service is fast. The sushi is amazing my favorite is the dream roll (I posted a lot of pictures of it) I would definitely recommend this trying it out. I got takeout a few times and went for dine in a few other times and bit were great.

THIS PLACE ROCKS! Best sushi in town. The atmosphere is perfect. Bring a friend, date, parents, whoever. You will NOT be disappointed. Also the dessert is worth it I’ve had two different types and both were to die for!! I’ll be back no doubt

They have a lot of unique choices! The sushi is always good, seems to made with fresh, quality ingredients. Pretty inexpensive compared to other sushi places in town. Nice for a quick date on a weeknight or for inexpensive but healthy take out on nights I don’t have time to make dinner. Definitely the best for the price you pay and the decor inside is pleasant. Not my favorite place to get sushi, but it is good and deserves all 5 stars.

3 strikes and you’re out- won’t return! 1st visit, fish in sushi rolls tasted old/stale. I gave the restaurant a few more tries. 2nd visit, the rolls tasted more fresh, but there was a problem with my bill. I agreed to an upcharge to add eel to a roll on the menu. When I revived my bill, (only the total on a receipt to sign for the credit card used) it seemed oddly more than expected. They charged me twice what they said they would to add eel, and also did not provide me the itemized bill until I asked for it pointing out how they charged too much. It’s as if they thought they were sly and I would not notice. My last visit I was disappointed. I ordered the same roll with eel added extra to the inside, agreeing to pay more. When I received the roll- they forgot to put the cream cheese in the roll and these were much smaller than the previous time I ordered the same. They remade the roll, yet wrong again, put eel on top instead of inside. They offered to fix it, but when the roll came back what I discovered was merely **EEL SKIN** inside the roll- NOT FISH! They must think their customers are too dumb to notice these things. I pointed this out to the lady who seemed to be the manager, and she said that is the fish. It most definitely is not! I showed her the inside of the roll and the skin that was inside without fish. I will not be returning again! A mistake with food is one thing, but dishonesty/trickery on 2 separate occasions is inexcusable!!!!

Have never had better sushi than here. I dearly miss this place and make trips as often as I can to come back and visit. Would highly recommend the dynamite and Friday night rolls! The special roll combo is by far one of the best deals I’ve ever found at a sushi place! Everything about this place is AMAZING. If you haven’t been, you’re really missing out.

I absolutely adore Volcano, they’re my favorite place in town to get sushi. I always get the Sunset roll, but all of their fish is high quality, their service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great. I recommend Volcano to people who come into town often!

Great food, polite service, and comfortable atmosphere. The meal started with cucumber salad and ended with cheesecake. So much fun! I like that the sushi bar is at the front, so you can watch your sushi being made. I was impressed with the presentation of the food. Very aesthetically pleasing. I’ll definitely be back.
