This is one of my favorite Chinese hot pot restaurants simply because I like their system of letting you get whatever food you want from the counter in an all-you-can-eat buffet style, as well as their conveyor belt that automatically delivers various vegetables to everyone’s tables across the restaurant. The downside however is that their meats are frozen and not the most fresh. I’ve had higher quality hot pot in other places before, but because their prices are reasonable and their ease of service is so convenient, I think this restaurant deserves 5 stars. They also have a huge variety, which also includes Korean BBQ (although it costs extra) and ice cream. I like their sauce options too, but their sauce table is oftentimes somewhat messy. As for the staff, they’re generally pretty friendly.

I got the BBQ, and my wife got the hot pot. The BBQ was pretty good. They had a decent variety of meats. I wish they had more varieties of chicken, though. The hot pot selection was very good. They had many different kinds of seafood and vegetables. The service was very good. Our waitress Sue did an excellent job. If i go back, i would definitely request her to be our server again.

5/5, honestly I’ll give this a 5/5 for what you get for $30 and the cool atmosphere. This is a buffet style place so you can load up on sauce and meat, toppings without even ordering. They also have a really cool magnetic conveyor belt where you can take toppings off as they come by.

I highly recommend the pork bone hot pot and definitely put the prawns in first because it makes the broth phenomenal. The food is excellent and it’s clean. Very family friendly so bring everyone.

Volcano Hot Pot is getting my best rating yet out of any restaurant. Firstly, the service was absolutely AMAZING. Drinks were constantly refilled, empty plates were being taken away, and our server even flipped our steak for us a few times while she walked by our table.

What a unique experience. Volcano hot pot and barbecue. You get your own hot pot with your choice of broth and then you get to add proteins from the steak to seafood and then traveling around the entire restaurant are the veggies on a conveyor belt. But there is no belt the dishes seem to glide along a flat surface. It’s all done with magnets and magic. The barbecue is in the middle of the table as well and you can choose from many different proteins as well as vegetables. And you cook it to the perfection. All you can eat and BYOB what can be better.

Finally we made it here. It’s great! Basically there are two options: 1) hot pot alone, $28.99 per person; 2) hot pot and BBQ, $31.99 per person. Because the price difference between the two dining options are so minimum, most people will go with hot pot and bbq. Both are all you can eat buffet style.
