Service is great, they were very nice. Food great too. I’m mostly a meat eater so the portions of patties were small for me lol. I would say it will be great for a kid. The patties tastes great and so did the katsu chicken. Yak soba noodles have a nice sweet flavor and not overwhelming. Good price per meal. I was able to try some of the sauces. I liked each one. Will come back to try other things.

The food was AMAZINGLY flavorful! – worth the 30$, better than going to an actual hibachi place where they cook in front of you.
My partner and I both got the traditional plates, I added spicy garlic to my steak and it was DELICIOUS.
The chicken BREAST wasn’t dry, the steak wasn’t dry, the shrimp wasn’t overcooked.
My favorite sauce is the hot lava, I love the garlic taste to it
The staff and chefs is really friendly.. good thing I live far or else id come more often and my bank account would hate me.

What a fantastic experience we had at the Volcano Grille!
Walked up to the counter and we were warmly greeted and the attendant patiently went over all the options explaining the process and what different items were. After ordering, we sat down and much to our surprise, we were once again greeted at our table, asked if we needed anything and that they just wanted to let us know our food will be right now.
During out meal, they came out to greet us again twice and asked if we needed anything at all.
The food was excellent! The Katsu chicken was crunchy and juicy all at the same time. Everything was cooked just right and full of flavor.
We will be back!

Been here 3 times, the protein here is really good. However, last time the fried rice wasn’t great but the yakisoba noodles were good – but this time it was the opposite, AND this time they forgot my shrimp in my order! I wish I would have realized before getting home. Also, the food is not cheap here, so I wish my order was complete. Thats why I give it 4 stars.

I’ve been to a couple hibachi spots in Vegas and this one is by far the best one yet!!!! The food was bomb and everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly! The steak was juicy and my lobster was yum yum yummmm! On top of the food being fire, the customer service made it even better. Mel took care of us from start to finish with a great attitude, fast service, and genuine hospitality. Definitely coming back 10/10.

Very clean inside, fast service, super fresh food, very good staffing! A bit pricey I’d say but the food is good. I got the premium 2 protein with steak and salmon. My side was spring rolls and noodles.

This location on Eastern and Serene is disgusting. The food we received was not flavorful at all. The noodles were hard and crunchy and every thing was dry and/or burnt. There are only currently 2 locations and the one on Durango is worth the drive compared to this location. We asked to speak to the District Manager of that location to get some help because the DM of the Eastern location is a complete goofy. She doesn’t know anything about how to run business. My wife had to pay a la cart for an order that is clearly on the menu and because she didn’t nor any of the staff know how to ring it up she told me wife that she couldn’t order it as a combo. Thank you to the DM at the Durango location because of course she said that they clearly can do that combo. Do not recommend the Eastern location.
