Everything about it was amazing. I can’t remember our servers name, I wanna say Anna?
The service was amazing. She was such a sweetheart. She went out of her way to double check ingredients for me as I don’t eat dairy. Turns out their Ricotta is an herbal blend & dairy-free. I was so pleasantly surprised. I did cave for that lemon brûlée & I would absolutely do it again. The food was incredible & I am excited to return.

We arrived around 7pm, we were told they were running around 15 ninutes behind, they told us we could sit at the bar area or at their wine bar next door. We tried Volario’s bar first, not enough seating, we went next door where there was 1 bartender behind the bar, also ok, but took a bit to get drinks. At 7:15, we checked back and at first they said they didn’t see the reservation but they’d put us down? 7:20 or 7:25, we were seated. The waiter commented that “everyone puts in reservations at 7″… shouldn’t there be a system for that? To prevent backing up reservations? Ah, we also were seated in the bar area, not the actual restaurant. All the staff was friendly, but the waiter said, “oh good you have drinks (from the wine bar), that makes it easy”, when we finished our drinks they had already taken all the menus, didn’t offer any more drinks/water for roughly 45min while we waited for food, or even after we got our food. Had to flag down staff for the bill. Just a bummer. Pizza was solid, at least.

TLDR; Staff was friendly but lacked attentiveness, food was decent, don’t count on reservations working out.

My daughter and I ate here on Saturday night while vacationing in the area. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. The waiter, Sherif was very friendly and was very well versed on the menu providing awesome service. Darko also continuously kept our water glasses filled and was also very friendly. The manager stopped by our table introducing herself and asking if we needed anything. I had the 12 Layer Lasagne and oh my gosh, it was delish! If you’re looking for a wonderful dining experience, this is the place! We will definitely return.

We had the most wonderful family dinner at Volario’s on a perfect summer night.

They seated us at one of their dog-friendly tables on the patio, right near the big outdoor fireplace.

The combination of old jazz songs playing softly under the glow of string lights created the most perfect atmosphere.

The food was absolutely delicious—you can tell the pasta is made from scratch, and it makes all the difference. They also have a great wine selection to pair with your meal. We had an incredible time and will definitely be coming back!

Best experience ever, it was our 15th anniversary and we were treated wonderful by the waitress , the manager and everyone working that day. Made our night very special. They even followed up with us via email just to make sure we had a wonderful evening. Our night was beautiful, but I would recommend this restaurant for any nice meals at Winter Park. Food was very good.

Thank you !! ❤️❤️

Had an exceptional meal there. Rosemary focaccia bread and a fresh Caesar salad to start, and then a 12 layer lasagna made with fresh made daily pasta was heaven. I really want to be very clear on their lasagna was the best I’ve had since I can remember. The sauce was thick with ground beef and spices but nothing was over done. We also did a very simple pizza with a dough that they let do its thing for 72 hours and the crust was perfect. Definitely used a pizza oven and the flavor profile was simple and spicy and just really tasty. We finished with Tiramisu which was homemade simple and delicious. Exactly what tiramisu should be cake coffee heaven. I cannot recommend this place enough. Also the staff were really cool. Our waiter did a fantastic job and talked us into two items we hadn’t planned on ordering but he sold them well and we are glad he did. The other staff were equally pleasant and discussed the wine collection that the restaurant has. We had a lot of fun and the food was 10/10 each dish!

We had a great experience at Volario’s! They were able to accommodate our party of 10 pretty last minute. Our server, Maddox, was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and overall a pleasure. He handled our group, which included children, fantastically. If the owners/management reads this, please give him some recognition!! If we get a chance to go back this trip, we def will request his section if he’s working.

For the food, everything we got was great. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the pastas or pizza. The lemon brûlée dessert was also great. The perfect way to end the day after a full day on the mountain

Nice dimmed lighting atmosphere. Didn’t see any booths, open kitchen-you can see them making your food. Small menu-don’t go off their website, saw lots of pizzas and salads ordered by other tables. We went with the specials-braised short rib stuffed ravioli with demi-glaze (gravy) for an appetizer…SO DELICIOUS. Surf and turf (steak and shrimp) both were large (14oz steak and 3 large shrimps) with small side of pasta (didn’t taste-looked plain) and vegetable medley (squash, tomatoes, broccoli, onion) – flavorful. Veal Parmesan was good, cooked right but nothing special. Lemon burlee for dessert…definitely recommend-sweet and tarty mixed well with the berries; looked like a small portion but perfect for two after eating an appetizer, main course and drinks. Recommend the amaretto sour (no egg whites) but nothing special maybe too much lemon, couldn’t taste the amaretto. Whiskey sour with egg whites-those must’ve been good because they were ordered repeatedly. Service was a bit slow at first but recovered throughout the night-may have been several tables assigned, although there weren’t too many tables and didn’t understand sitting two parties of two right next to each other…I would have asked for another table but both parties didn’t seem to mind. Overall, delicious dinner, nice atmosphere and would recommend, be prepared to pay, it is pricey but worth it.

This was a perfect dinner after a full day of skiing. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Perfect comfort food. Serif and Darko were so attentive and helpful. They gave great recommendations on the menu and answered all our questions.

Unfortunately we didn’t eat because the server decided to focus on a table that was seated 15 minutes after we were seated. We could tell that she was going to focus on them instead of spreading her focus and decided to cut our losses and leave. There were only 2 tables at that early time.
