We loved the atmosphere here. The service was superb and our waiter was great to explain everything to us when we asked. The food was excellent! I can be picky about my lasagna and when I tried the one my wife ate, I loved it. The chicken Alfredo was very tasty, as well as everything else. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re craving some Italian dishes.

We were in Brenham for the weekend and decided to eat dinner here. Excellent choice. I had my favorite dish, chicken Marsala and my husband had the spaghetti Bolognese, both were delicious. We had calamari and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. Also very good. Would definitely recommend. The place itself is unique in that it is a converted house. A plus were the bathrooms that were very clean and smelled amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

The seving size is just right for me. The taste was great and the meal was served hot, but not to hot to eat without waiting for it to cool down. The Server was very attentive and gave us great attention several times.

We ate at Volare on a recent visit to Brenham. We already knew the restaurant from past visits and were glad we came back. The food was as excellent as ever and the kitchen was very accommodating about some modifications to fit my picky eating habits. I’m a vegetarian and don’t always have a big appetite: the side-size portion of Tagliatelle Alfredo with some added broccoli and mushrooms was absolutely perfect. There were other vegetarian options available, but that was what I wanted and I was very happy with it. Our waitress was swift, highly efficient and charming, and we felt we got really excellent value. Volare continues to earn five stars every time!

Nice ambiance. Food is pretty what you would expect from an Italian restaurant in Brenham. Waitress seemed to be juggling a couple of jobs. Mix up with appetizers, they came out twice. Wife sent back her dinner, cannolis, to get warmed up. Not sure I’ll be back at the price.

Great atmosphere and fabulous food. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms – fantastic!! The house wine (we got cab) was good but is the only option for wine by the glass. All other selections are by the bottle, which wasn’t cost effective since there were only two of us and we each just drink one glass. Too bad, since they do have a great wine selection. Other than that, everything was great.
