A dreadful experience. Grubhub Order never arrived. Restaurant said no one ever came to get it and they were going to remake our order and get it out to us right away… after an hour and a half I called back to be told they would not be delivering our dinner if I wanted a refund I should take it up with Grubhub. The time waiting for food that never came was almost 4 hours and my quite angry wife ran out to McDonald’s to get dinner while I argued with Vocellis and Grubhub to get my 70+ dollars back.

Had never ordered from there before. Called and asked about specials and dessert options. The girl on the phone taking the order was extremely rude, and seemed inconvenienced that I was asking questions. I almost canceled my order. I hope the management will train their young employees to not be so rude. The Pizza is amazing…..but I will never order from them again. It was very unnecessary. Happy Halloween!

Ordered one pizza 9:30 on a Thursday night, after waiting a hour I called and cancelled my order. The guy hung up on me. I called back and got a female who’s customer service sucked too. Definitely never ordering from here again.

We got some big fatty undercooked snappy texture chicken legs here after being long time customers, we can’t go back. My wife coincidently met a gal at 7/11 that said she was taking over as cook at vocelli a while back, but something happens after being that turned off. (They sent it out the door like that) so too negligent in our view). This was a while back maybe 2 months ago, maybe it’s fixed. But we still remember and they never offered to do anything about it after calling there, as well as speaking to apparently a replacement cook at 7/11. We were getting a pizza at 7/11 coincidently.

Disgusting. Will NEVER order again. I’m not even sure if the chicken wings were fully cooked. After noticing texture I looked at them & they didn’t appear fully cooked. Yuk!

I haven’t had vocelli in a long time. Almost forgot just how good vocellis. Glad I ordered bc those vocellis rolls are fire .. pizza was good also. Friendly employees. Fast service.
