We tried almost everything over four visits. (Had no issues with deliveries.) The pizza was amazing! And one of the few places to do a great white pizza with the “white garlic” sauce (I can’t eat red sauce). The wings were very good. The salad was good. The desserts were good. The subs are fair. (Mine looked like someone wound up and threw the sub toppings at the bread, plus it was squished, and the bread was “meh.”) So we still go back from time to time because we like most everything there, we just go somewhere else for subs.

Found a long black hair in my pizza – not once, but twice from this location! The first time was in early November. It was disgusting but I didn’t report it so I didn’t eat there again for a couple of months. Recently, I ordered on January 24 and it happened yet again! Reported it via their website and no one contacted me. Finally called corporate after several days and they transferred me to the store where I was told “no one with long black hair was working on the oven that night”. Wrong answer! There’s no one with long hair or black hair in my house, so If you think it was my hair or that I’m making this up because I want free pizza, you’re nuts. Sadly, you lost my business. I used to order from you pretty regularly but I won’t ever order anything from Vocelli’s again. I disputed the charge on my credit card.

They are new out here so we tried a bit of everything. We tried the BBQ chicken pizza, Mac and cheese thin crust, garlic Spinaci thin crust, pepperoni on regular crust, vocelli rolls, buffalo wings, cannolis. My kids loved everything and my favorite was the Mac and cheese pizza (so unique!) and the bbq pizza was a close second. They were a little behind but they brought it out to my car which was much appreciated. The employee was super nice too.

I really wish there was a way tell when they delivered through doordash. Delivery takes an hour upward and is cold when it arrives. Nornal delivery is always great though.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever ate! Ordered for pick up and Levon was working the counter. Impeccable service! Pizza was ready right when they said it would, perfectly cooked, and tasted better than anything I’ve had in the area. 10/10 will be back

Ordered a lunch special pick 3 ham, bacon, mushroom, and red onions stromboli. Not good. Something was off with the taste and my stomach, said that was enough and I tossed the rest.

I absolutely love having a local Vocelli. They had amazing food and service in Westminster, and have definitely brought that same energy to Eldersburg. I also deliver their food often for doordash and the pizzas always leave my car smelling the best! Check them out.

Had a last minute birthday party pizza emergency. Called vocellis, they got the pizza to us within an hour. 10 large pizzas made hot and delivered very fast! And they were delicious.

***** I changed this back to five stars because of the exceptional response to our last delivery. I can’t say I was totally surprised at their fix since Vocelli’s has always been spot on with our requests. So, here’s the rest of the story…
I called in and spoke with the manager who profusely apologized and asked how to make it right. We ended up with no charge for the cold order, AND they filled the next order no charge! Turns out that several orders back (in the summer) we did direct to the front door. We have all deliveries to the side door regardless of food or an online order.
The new order arrived promptly, hot, and to the side door! I’m very satisfied with this resolution. This is a business with quality and integrity. Huge thanks to the manager, Yunique(?) for all your help. You’re the best!

We ordered a large spinach gnocchi pizza with chicken and extra cheese, plus an order of cookies and two Pepsi-Colas for delivery. This is our usual go to order and the pizza is delicious!
Since we live in a side door community where hardly anyone uses the front door. It’s just easier since the driveways are closer, to always use the side entrance. There is no walkway to the front porch.
This time I made sure to tell the Vocelli order taker to make sure to deliver to the side door.

After a long wait and no doorbell or phone call, my husband went to see if the pizza had been left on the side porch…nothing. So he went around to our snow and ice covered front porch. And there it was! Our now almost frozen pizza, cookies and soft drinks.
I’m at a lack of words to tell how furious we are.
First, the delivery person DID NOT follow directions, and secondly, common sense (in case there was already good sense) should tell them there’s snow and ice on the porch, no footprints to indicate people had used the porch, and, finally, why the heck would you leave a hot pizza box out in the cold on a snowy porch!?!
We had pizza almost frozen for dinner so that wasn’t happening. Hello leftovers!
I’ll call tomorrow and see what management says. We used Vocelli almost exclusively since we moved here in 2019. This service is unacceptable and I’ll be talking to the owner or management tomorrow.
Any guess on what they’ll say?
