I won’t be ordering from this place again. I used door dash (yes, lazy idc). I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. I got door dash to issue me a full refund on the wings as they look like trash and had NO buffalo sauce on the wings but some weird looking sauce on the bottom of the box. The box was not secured and was gaping open on the sides. The pizza… listen, I’m hungry so I’m going to eat it. Terrible quality. Large pockets without cheese. There is no way they didn’t see what they were sending me.

Had coupon and placed order for delivery to the office. Pictured large cheese, large pepperoni, and make your own Stromboli. Came out to $35. Pretty much another chain pizza spot. Would try a specialty pizza one day.

Visiting my sister in Gambrills. Was looking for a late night delivery pizza. Vocelli came up first in Google. Ordered the 14 inch large pizza. Half pep half cheese, the buffalo wings and the cannoli. First off, the food was ready and on the way in 15 minutes! The delivery driver was here before I could find my wallet. But he was friendly and waited for me patiently. So A+ for customer service. The pizza is very good. I really enjoyed the pepperoni. The wings I asked for well done and they were cooked perfectly. Buffalo sauce had great flavor. Haven’t had the cannolis yet but if its like everything else, I’m sure they’ll be great. Giving 4 stars because the wings were mostly flats (only 2 drums) and the drums are my favorite. So I was disappointed there. But ultimately great delivery. Price is decent. Would order again!

Worst calzone experience… the meat in my cheesesteak calzone was something horrid and it was not cook on the bottom. We just stopped eating and order something else. Not to mention the cookies and the cannoli did not make it to the house and no one called or anything. We use to love this place. So saddening.

Waited 74 minutes for pizza delivery and pizza was ice cold. Driver blamed it on Traffic. Said he would give 40% off next order. He felt the ice pizza and that is what he offered. Quality of pizza poor! My husband could only eat top of pizza not crust. We will never use them again especially since we tipped 15% for delivery paid $5.00 for delivery for a medium pizza with pepperoni and a white small pizza with bacon. Total bill over $54.00.

I ordered a pizza, for delivery, this past Friday at 5:15 p.m. I was told it would be at my door in about 40-45 minutes. When I inquired about the status of my order an hour later, I was told to wait 25 more minutes. My pizza did not arrive till 7:15 p.m. — two hours after I ordered. The customer service is much to be desired.

Ordered online for delivery around 5pm. I appreciated the courtesy text from Vocelli notifying me about the potential delay due to traffic. I get it, it happens and it was a nice touch! The delivery guy was so nice and professional. However, I did receive the wrong Stromboli but I didn’t mind bc it was absolutely delicious. About 15 mins after the delivery, another Vocelli delivery guy showed up at our door with the correct Stromboli order and a complimentary side of cookies!! We didn’t even call to let them know. We were truly amazed and so appreciative of the level of customer service they displayed this evening. Even if they didn’t deliver the correct order, my rating for this Vocelli location wouldn’t change. Our kids love their pizza and it’s a win in our household.
