Save your money. The pizza tasted just as it looks. Crust tastes like the cardboard it came in. Nothing quite worse than dough bubbles on your pizza, in multiple places. Also, if you burn someone’s pizza, remake it. Who wants burnt pizza/ crust? Do better please. Gave service 4 stars because the worker was friendly and held the door for me as I carried 2 pizzas and pushed a stroller

To be clear, this is a carry out place. The pizzas were great. Wonderful crust and very tasty. Be advised to ask the person taking your order to read it back to you. While I was there I witnessed two different customer orders messed up. A pepperoni pizza without the pepperoni. And my pizza where they added red peppers instead of red onions. Rule one in customer service: get the order right.

Before I get into the rest of this review, I will preface with the food was decent and very much edible!
I’m not sure if my order could have been any more incorrect. I’m not sure if I would contribute the lack of attention to detail to half your employees wearing headphones and not noticing that I was standing there for a few minutes before anyone noticed me, or the fact that not one of your employees washed there hands at any point while going from station to station and throughout the back. But then again it could also have been the music that was blasting through the back and no one heard me.
When I noticed it was incorrect, I was also offered no solution at all. So I payed and left. When I got home I re-built my order online and realized I was overcharged as well.
I agree with a lot of the people in my area that wish it was Bear Brick Oven that stayed and Vocellis went out of business. Now we are just stuck with y’all.
Maybe check your cameras to see how often your employees wash your hands. Let’s hope your Gen z’ers aren’t the ones in charge of our future!

Went to pick up pizza for family pizza night. Clair was managing and was incredibly helpful when we asked about a promotion they were running. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The new stuffed crust is really good and everyone loved the pizza (I have picky eaters). They also now have gelato which was really good!

I spent $42, the prices here are outrages. I literally left this place thinking, I should have just gone to Ledo’s. I got a small, 10 inch pizza for $20. I’ve never spent $20 on a small pizza. Not okay. The pizza wasn’t great, pepperoni’s were over cooked, dried, and burnt. The only thing I liked about this was that it had tomato sauce on top and it just gave it a better taste.
However, the pepperoni Stromboli was very good. It almost tasted like it was handmade. The bread was so fluffy, you could taste the butter. Perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni. I would order this again. It came with tomato sauce, it’s good with or without it.
