We took three pizzas 16 in for a party six adults and six children end all the pizza was gone pretty soon. We added the garlic breadsticks which were pretty good and included marinara sauce, the man in the store was kind enough to add more sauce on the side for free. We came for takeout since the price was $20 more when we wanted to order through GrubHub. It took them around 18 minutes to make the pizzas. Be aware that there is no dine in option at this place

I just looked at other reviews and some of them are 1 star because the pizza was a little cold or the guy at the counter wasn’t smiling. I understand 4 or 3 stars but 1 star because of a small issue?! these people have a hard enough time without you trying to cancel them, try to be a little more compassionate towards your neighbors and if you have an issue call and tell them don’t put it here first…
hope nobody catches covid 19(or lice…) stay safe.

This has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a store.
First of all I was sent a pizza that was not even baked fully. It’s raw and the dough is still chewy. Secondly I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get that. You can’t even call the store because the number goes to customer service line.
So, I called customer service and they transfer me to the store and the owner says to send him a picture of the pizza on his cell phone.
I can barely even hear him his phone doesn’t work properly.
He gives me the phone number I send a text and I get no response. I called back the phone number for customer service and it either hangs up on me or says it’s closed or put me on hold and then hangs up on me again.
What is going on with your store? I have a kid sitting here waiting to eat and

Wow…The Best Pizza I ever had in a very long time. The small pepperonis are the best I’ve ever eaten…the combination of all the ingredients are spot on!!! You have to try It!! You won’t be disappointed.

If there was a way to add more than five stars, I definitely would, especially with the wonderful service that I have had coming here today!
Not only was my order done super quickly, the team member handing my order was incredibly kind in his demeanor, super informative about any questions that I’ve had, made sure that my order was right, and even did as much as he could to make sure that I had the best experience possible, giving me crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese! Seriously, the experience alone makes this an incredible place to come to!
(The mushroom pesto pizza that I had was delicious, by the way!!)

We ordered pizzas here for a large birthday party. It was a great experience. Paul the GM went above and beyond helping me with the orders and setting up the delivery to the venue. The delivery of the food was also excellent, with us getting great communication from the driver.
The pizzas also were a hit at the party.

I am always skeptical of trying new places that I haven’t eaten at. My friends told me that this pizza place was really good. So I gave in and ordered a large pizza. It was really really good. I was very happy with the order and will be ordering here more regularly. Nice sized pizza it tastes really good. Thank you for the good experience.

We love Vocellis!! They will be what we miss most about MD when we move. Their pizza is delicious, and their customer service is unmatched! Paul knows me by name and is always so friendly. We had an error with our pizza one night and he personally delivered us a free replacement pizza. He wouldn’t even accept a tip! These guys are the best and they deserve your business.

The food itself is pretty delicious. But bread sticks were missing the dipping sauce and one of our two pizzas wasn’t cut. Had to try to make do with a butter knife at home.

Amazing service and amazing pizza! I have used Vocelli for several business events and they have always delivered their food on time, fresh and with a smile. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I have two specific instances of their extremely amazing customer service.
The first was when I submitted an order online and then needed to change/add a couple more items to the order. I called them 30 minutes after the order was submitted and they were able to correct the items and still deliver on time! They were very gracious about the inconvenience and made me feel like a priority during their lunch rush when I know they are extremely busy.
The second was when I needed an itemized receipt of an order I placed OVER A YEAR ago. I needed the receipt to submit to my business as justification of the expense where they had lost the original and so much time had passed that I also could not recover my copy. The manager was very understanding and took the time to look over receipts in his system that were submitted in May 2019 and emailed me the invoice within a couple of hours. I was shocked and so grateful for the quick return on my outdated and convoluted request.
