I ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese and half pepperoni. I get there, pay, get in my jeep and open up the box to see this.
That is EXTRA CHEESE if I have ever seen it. You dont even need to pick it up to see how much freaking cheese is on there. For literally $18. I am beside myself right now. I love vocellis already but GOD DAMN.

Decent food, the cheeses sticks are my favorite because they have no pizza sauce plus they’re only 7 bucks. My wife enjoys their salad. Chicken was little soggy… Rude staff…overall would buy from here again.

I don’t know what has happened to their pizza the last few months but it is gross and not even edible. This is the second time I have ordered a pizza from this Zelienople shop and it is not fully cooked. You can’t even hold the pizza to eat it. I will not buy from here again to order pizza. The chicken salad I ordered yesterday also had very dry, overcooked chicken and french fries. A total waste of money.

If I could have given a zero star for this order I would. Placed an order online for delivery. Waited a hour for the food then when I called to ask where my food was it said it was for pickup. Manager got ignorant and black balled me from ordering after. Not worth ordering if you want good food and service.

I just called and asked if they were still serving the hoagie special, the girl on the phone was oblivious to what a hoagie was, when i explained it was a sub she continued not to know if she had the special. A guy got on the phone, i explained i was asking if they were serving the hoagie special l, he asked which one,(i didnt know they had other hoagie specials) i say lunch, he says no. Incompetence.

I have ordered several time from this restaurant the food is delicious and put together neatly. As I said the food is great but the customer service and people I have met haven’t always been the best. However, I ordered on Monday of this past week over the phone and I was met with a kind voice of a girl who was ready and willing to answer all of my questions politely. When I came in to pick up, there where two girls work at the time both greeted me as I came in and it so so pleasant. Just wanted to give them a shout out for the excellent customer service it really makes me want to come back again. The food was so delicious and absolutely made my evening. It would be amazing to have this experience ever time I order!

2nd time I’ve ordered delivery and both times have been over an hour to receive my food. Both times I received a text about weather or traffic causing a delay. I don’t live far from the shop and it’s been literally blue sky sunshine days when I order. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I ordered online. I went in for pickup and the counter lady was pretty rude. She was an older lady and may have had hearing issues. I kept repeating my name and she kept calling me a different customer’s name. I had paid online and she kept trying to tell me I owed money. She finally got another younger co-worker who seemed exasperated that this original lady couldn’t figure it out. This place seems super unorganized. The Stromboli’s I ordered weren’t all that great either. 2/10 won’t order from here again

We usually order from Vocellis quite a lot, but this evening, we ordered AMAZING food. Not that it isn’t fantastic any other time. But whoever the cook was tonight, was absolutely phenomenal! When I put well done on my salad, my pepperoni was finally cooked, just how I wanted it every other time, but tonight it was finally cooked and I can’t explain how happy that made me and made my food 100% better. (It’s amazing even when it wasn’t cooked, just this time it was exactly what I wanted). My wings were that little extra cooked, just how I like it. (Not that they weren’t delicious before hand). I’m just so overly happy that everything was cooked, exactly how I always wanted it to be. So whoever the cook is tonight, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Truly made my night.
